still waiting for our delivery two weeks no one answers the phone sent emails not replied to any what ever you do don't buy from them it's a con. They take your money reported to paypal

Placed an order on 25/11 and money…

Placed an order on 25/11 and money taken from my card. No follow up email sent advising when dispatched, so raised an email to them, which says they will respond within 48 hours . Got a response that stated:
Dear Sir/Madam,

We hereby offer our apologies for not answering your question in a timely fashion. You question had been assigned a higher priority. We will do our utmost to answer your question as soon as possible.

I don’t think it’s a hard question to ask, where is my order? It’s just an automated generic reply.
So I thought I would ring them, very limited hours customer service are open, and low and behold, got a message saying my call was important but there were no available staff to take my call and the call was cut off.

Beginning to think this company is in serious financial difficulty and is getting lots of complaints which they are not following up. Will not be ordering again from them, and hope to get a refund if my goods have not even been dispatched.

Ordered and hadnt heard anything in 11…

Ordered and hadnt heard anything in 11 days, even after sending 5 emails. All i got was automated responses.
Phoned them up and all i got was an estimated dispatch date with absolutely no guarantee so requested a refund which also came with absolutely no information on when it woukd be issed. All i got off the lady on the phone was " i have no idea when the payment will be issued" no interest in helping and seemed rather unbothered about talking to me on the phone

Items ok but packaging

Items ok but packaging was far too large for the items, also the box had been damaged and patched with tape but very clumsily.
