Their delivery is very punctual, and quality of boxes is also great.Also, they are quite compassionate in their customers support especially Alanna’s assistance, because I get prompt replies to my emails by her even after working hours. So I’m quite happy with their service, definitely consider them in future as well.

All fake positive reviews, fake company, fake customer support team names, fake business addresses, dont get scammed by this fraud. They also steal artwork, Trading standards have been notified about them and there currently about to sued. Avoid.

Their customer service started off really helpful and attentive, but after waiting for a whole day for a quote, that's when issues arise. They refuse to share with me the details of the quote. I don't know what material they quoted.

The representative first tell me the price is high, $10 per box for 100 boxes because shipping is part of the price, yet the website clearly states free shipping, starting at 100 boxes, 8-10 turnaround time with 4-6 rush. However the representative also tells me the turn around time is 8-16 days. Nothing adds up.

I reached out around 10 am, I was told I'll receive a quote in an hour. 2 hours passed, he needs to go on lunch break. Then 5 hours passed. I receive the quote literally right before he leaves for the day. When asked what is in the quote, first I was told the person who makes the quote left for the day. Then I was told he (the representative I was speaking with) is too busy that's why it took him 7 hours to get back to me. After that I was told he reserves the right to not tell me anything about the quote.

I didn't end up ordering from them. Outside from the high pricing point, I just can't find myself to trust them. They say they make the products in US but the location is a residential house. The price is higher than if I order rush with air shipping from China. And not being able to get a quote till China's working hour also makes it suspicious. Lastly, they named their product exactly how they list it on Chinese websites. The name is different on English site. So all and all, not a very honest business.

He did say it's going to be super fast, but you never know. He doesn't sound familiar with their service or product at all.

Chris Martin was absolutely the best! I need a custom-made cones and he sent me samples so quickly and They were beautiful. This was a rush order and they got my product to me and lightning speed. Chris called me several times to ensure me that the product would get there in time and he was more than responsive. He made all the difference in the world! I can't rate 5 stars as of yet as I've not received a product, but in terms of their live chat it was very good - KEVIN SAPTEL was extremely helpful in guiding me.
