Live customer support is super helpful and responsive.

I received quotes from a couple of different custom box companies, but Packaging Bee checked all of our boxes (hehe--pun intended). Ron was eager to help as soon as I got to the website. He was not pushy and he let me take all the time I needed to perfect our design and to create our vision. We are preparing for our first Trade Show at the Las Vegas Souvenir show in October and I know that these boxes will give us the professional look we are going for. Ron sent us sample boxes of other designs they had created. He made me feel so confident that we were making the right choice to go with them.
