I recently purchased my second Pack Mule product on behalf of a retail customer and I can honestly say they are the number one supplier of these types of vehicles. Their customer service is second to none and will go the extra mile to make certain you are a satisfied customer and the quality of the vehicles is as good as the customer service.

Excellent product and Customer Service. The products are very durable and low maintenance. Keep up on the general maintenance and products will last years beyond any competitor.

had an issue with a part, sent a replacement, no problems, customer service called to ensure corrective action was taken and worked. very helpful and easy to work with.

I never have a problem with getting what I ordered in less than two days. Always helpful with any questions concerning their equipment and products they sell. They respond back in a timely manner anything sent via email...usually the same day or faster If their is ever a mistake on their part they are quick to resolve it, to the customer's satisfaction.

They have superior communication skills and let me know when my deliveries will be available. My client was happy with the lead times and love their packmules over their old Taylor Dunns. Perfect cart for our needs! The cart came in exactly as ordered. We had it painted to match our company's colors and it came out excellent. The cart shipped on time as promised and was packaged with care.
