Good quality products and prompt delivery 🚚

It’s so handy at times to shop from your own home . It was a jumper I purchased and it arrived in time it was a gift for a friend .

Don't love everything Paco has in stock, but they're jumpers are usually pretty good, and certainly the ones I've bought have stood the test of time for quality. They don't ball, and wash really well, holding their shape.

The quality of the item was not as expected.

I wanted to exchange 2 coats purchases in Paco Nutgrove yesterday. It was a Sunday,we checked their website and closing time is 6pm.

When I got to the door at Paco Nutgrove,the door was locked and this was at 4:46pm - their website says they are open until 6pm. We could see a woman at the till. I waved to get her attention. But this woman just signaled at me as if saying they are already closed!

I lifted the bag I carry motioning to her I just want to exchanged these 2 coats and then I pointed at my wrist watch to remind her that it's only 4:46pm. But she just ignored me put her head down as if she was writing something.

I was upset because we travelled 25 kilometres just to get these coats changed! So I rang the store and funny enough this woman that ignored us at the door pick up the phone.

I explained to her on the phone that, I was outside and it was me knocking and I just wanted to swap the sizes. This woman told me that she was 'instructed by her Manager to close early due to the weather'! And I was trying to tell her, I travelled far in this weather in the car just to get to this Paco shop.

And that their website states they are open until 6pm and it's only 4:46pm! The woman replied, 'my Manager told me to closed at 4:45pm! Imagine 1 minute past what her Manager told her and she would not accept customer that paid nearly €200 for their coats!

And who's Manager would tell you to close at 4:45pm? If a Manager would tell you to close a bit early, would it not be fair and factual to say 'you close at 5pm and not 4:45pm?!

I told the woman on the phone 'compassion would go a long long way' I was at the door already just let me in, it would take me only few minutes! But this staff does not want business! We are very disappointed in this Paco Boutique in Nutgrove ! Bad business practice - I was a loyal customer! I would exchange these coats in Henry St branch and then would stay away from this shop!

Hope upper management would teach their staff that customer is somehow right - we pay for their wages and we keep your business running!

Ordered and arrived 2 days later, delighted with dress.

Got my sweater on time , quick delivery, Sweater is just how it was described and looked on the website.

My wife went into pacos in mullingar Westmeath yesterday My wife went to PACO,S mullingar today 25/10/2023 and bought a coat, took it home but found after fitting it on again it was to tight
I took her straight back with the coat to get a refund ,but to her surprise was told their policy doesent refund cash ,it only gives a credit note to the value of the item's.. I questioned this and was told it on the receipt at the very bottom "who ever looks at the bottom of a receipt "
I took a look around and no where in the shop that i could see was that written up to inform customers of PACO'S policy.
So if you buy an item in Paco's Mullingar make sure it fits because you're not going to get your money back,only a credit note FOR Paco's
I hope this mayhelp people who a thinking of buying in Paco and won't fall into Paco's policys like we did. and bought a sleeves coat for walking, took it home but found after fitting it on againoit was too tight.
I took her straight back with the coat to get her cash refund, but to her surprised that Paco policy doesn't cover cash refund, it only covers a credit note for paco.
I questioned this and was told it says this on the bottom of the receipt. "who ever looks at the bottom of a receipt"
I gave a look around the shop and did not see any notification regarding this policy of paco.
I can go to marks and Spencer, dunnes, penny's and they all refund you your cash payment
To me with this type of policy you are stealing my money.
I have sent a copy of this complaint to comsumers right.

item was delivered in a short period of time

I was very pleased with the speed of my deliveries.As I had to return one delivery yesterday (due to size ) I would recommend a larger return slip address sticker -otherwise I’m very happy with everything

The service is super and very efficient with a fast delivery.

Prompt delivery. Clothes well packaged. Clothes as described with true to size fit.
