I never had a bad experience with Paco before but this time I ended up emailing constantly a week after I had placed my orders to get my orders delivered it was so fustrating after a lot of emails I finally got sorted but the whole process was not pleasant

I had to return an item to the Paco shop in Wilton, Cork.. the staff in this shop are nicest most helpful staff I have come across in a long time. My second time in here and they are always so pleasant and helpful. Which in this day and age is as rare as hens teeth. 😊

despite having a reservation on friday 12, july 2024 we got there and were told to sit by the bar. horrific customer service! when we kindly inquired how long the wait could be an annoyed waitress shrugged and said .. aybe even an hour
We decided to go next door and had a great indian meal. What an attitude! Never again.

I received the incorrect order which necessitated returning same at a cost to me. I assumed that Paco would refund the postage as it was their mistake. However, they ignored my emails and cannot be contacted as the numbers provided on their website are obsolete. Very frustrating -I will never shop with this company again.
