Great Experience

Buying with Paddio is worry free!

Buying a home with Paddio made home buying convenient, easier to understand, provided great contacts to speak to, and had very competitive rates. If you’re worried about online lenders you can put those fears aside, Paddio is just as fast and friendly as a local lender and has great rates too!

I wouldn’t trust them to buy toilet…

I wouldn’t trust them to buy toilet paper for me.....they would get it to me two hours late, and it would facial tissue instead of tp. The worst experience of my life in 68 years. Enter at your own risk.

Buying a home is never easy

Buying a home is never easy. That being said, It did take a lot of work. The process was thorough. My loan officer Wes was absolutely on point. His assurance and confidence helped me through the whole thing. I am very grateful. Thank you to everyone involved!! I am in a much better place because of your help

It sounds like there is a bit of confusion here. Generally speaking, credit pulls are a necessary part of the loan application process for any lender.

However, pulling credit more than once for a single application isn't generally necessary. If it is, it will only be reported as a single inquiry to protect you from a significant dip. This article from consumerfinance.gov says, "Within a 45-day window, multiple credit checks from mortgage lenders appear on your credit report as a single inquiry." First Time Home Buyer

Paddio, as well as my lender, Jason B, afforded me more personal care and attention throughout the entire process. Jason always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner and was very helpful with making sure that I understood every step in the process. They were also very proactive in making sure that all paperwork was handled in a timely manner. This was my first time buying a home; however, I will gladly call upon Paddio again, if and when a second time comes.

Great service

I worked with Steven Kratch for my first loan and it was a very pleasant experience. He answered every question I had and really showed that he cares about my needs as a client. He was very quick to answer on email or phone so I didn't need to wait long every time I need something. Overall, I will definitely recommend Paddio to my friends and family members if they need a lender.

We are very disappointed with Paddio

We are very disappointed with Paddio! My husband was working with his loan officer for 2 months to secure a loan. We finally had the appraisal completed and we were given a estimated closing date of 3/31/21. Today we get a call from our loan processor saying we were declined! We were told it wasn’t a good investment for them because now that they see the whole picture of why we’re applying for the loan(mind you they had the whole picture for quite some time now as our file went into underwriting review 4 times) they were afraid we were going to pay back the loan too quickly. What? You wait 2 months and charge us for an appraisal only to tell us this? What terrible practice! Now we have an appraisal that’s useless and took forever to get of which we paid over $500 for. Insult to injury they tell us we will probably have to pay another $500 for an expedited appraisal! Paddio really left us in a bad position as we really needed this loan. We were then told by our loan officer go get a home equity from a credit union only to find out from a credit union that it will take 3-4 months to fund! Had we known that Paddio was going to waste our time and string us along we would have taken our business elsewhere 2 months ago. We have had nothing but excellent credit all our lives. This is the first time in our lives we have ever been treated so poorly by a loan company. Get your crap together PADDIO! Because of your inadequacy we are now in a real bind!!!!

Loan Officer Christopher Compton was very pleasant to work with ...

Paddio Home Loan Officer Christopher Compton was remarkable in his commitment to help us qualify. Not only that he walked us through the entire mortgage process for first time home buyers like us, he was also direct and honest with rates and fees.

As we all know that purchasing a home can be exciting but can also be scary at the same time, but this reputable mortgage lender through their expertise and knowledge simplified the process and made it less confusing and complicated for us.

It was indeed a delightful experience to be working with Paddio Home Loan mortgage company, and I would recommend it to anyone in need.

I was more than a little surprised at how well cared-for I felt!

I was more than a little surprised at how easy the process with Paddio was when I bought my home. Everyone was very clear about requirements and how to deliver them. The online portal made it a cinch, and they made sure I understood everything. It was a fantastic experience and I would use them again!
