Personal data breach ignored

They passed my transaction data to the wrong vendor and ignored requests for rectifying the problem. There is a serious flaw in their automated system, routing customer data to unrelated organisations. The third-party vendor told me this was common with paddle. Unacceptable

Scam subscription
Predatory subscription and terrible AI.
Learna and Paddle use dark patterns to hide the cancellation button. It's a trap: they lure you with a cheap trial and then try to charge $25/week. The AI itself is useless and doesn't work as promised. Total scam!

I requested a refund for my GeoGuessr annual subscription because I had accidentally selected it instead of the monthly plan. The process was quick and easy—just a few clicks and a short chat with the chatbot. Within five minutes, I received a full refund on my PayPal account.

Betteroo is an AI app, very cute, great performance, great features. There were a few recommendations that I didn't trust, so I decided not to continue my subscription. Needs a few more features for awesome ease of use and all the features I would need, but it's close

Deceptive Payment Practices

I was charged €55.32 through Paddle for a “Chatbot App” subscription that I did not consciously authorize. The payment process is clearly deceptive and designed to confuse, with annual charges applied automatically without informed consent.
When I contacted support, they simply told me that a refund could not be issued due to the seller’s policy, even though the subscription was not explained at all at the time of purchase. This is an abusive and unethical practice that should be investigated.
To other users: be very careful when entering your card details on apps that use Paddle as a payment processor. These unexpected charges are difficult to reverse, and customer support leaves much to be desired.

“Let’s charge this guy 3 times over…”

Maybe I wasn’t paying attention, but Paddle (or Clean my Mac?) quietly , even secretly, managed to charge me for three subscriptions - 4 Macs (I have one) - for two years running. Yes, I can admit to bad ‘housekeeping’ but how did they do it, more importantly, why did they do it?
Because they got away with it?
Total rip-off - suggest steer clear…
