I had a great experience purchasing from PadelDeals. For one, I got a great bundle of products, at a great price. Once I ordered and paid for my products, the turnaround time on delivery was quicker than I expected and it was communicated to me effectively. It's nice to order and receive products with good turnaround times, a great prices. And they stock a wide variety of products, especially the rackets.

I placed my order on the 23rd of December and paid express delivery, only to receive my order on the 6th of January. It clearly said on the website orders placed after the 23rd will only be dispatched after the 5th. I placed my order in time, when I asked about this it was just ignored.

Shocking service!!! Nox racquet delivered damaged and for 3 weeks we have just been ignored and given the run around, now they advise they are closed for Christmas.. this was a gift. Absolutely unacceptable service!

Would not recommend buying here, they have a very stiff return policy, they refused to entertain a return on a brand new item, i reached out to them on the same day i received the racket. They refused to take the item back just because the plastic from the handle of a racket was removed.
