Be lucky on first order or forget your money
If you order and you are lucky from first time, it may go well, but you will regret your decision if you receive or make the wrong order.
I ordered a wrong racket and returned it as per their instructions after they validated it is in the original condition. I have been waiting and chasing a refund since 2nd of October. Despite all my attempts to get my money back and countless emails and messages on their website, the only result is either a stupid automatic reply by an AI agent or a team member who says they will process the refund or do not where the return order is.

Super fast service. Prices are superb compared to others. Despite shipping from Spain, my racket arrived just as quick as if it was shipped from New York.

The padel cover was missing from shipment and they did not resolve the problem.
I purchased a Bullpadel racket from Padel Market. The neoprene cover was missing from the shipment when it arrived. They realised their mistakes when I emailed to highlight the problem. Instead of sending me the cover quickly, they suggested that I purchase a bag. I’m rather confused with the way they handled the situation. I emailed back to ask for a replacement of the cover, I am not paying more for a bag.
they ghosted, no reply at all. Disappointing.
