My order was lost by the shipping company. After contacting Padel Market, they immediately resent it. Excellent service, I'm very happy with my purchase.

SHOCKING. I ordered a racket from here that I seen on the black friday deal however padel market knowing they have put a decent discount on decided to not send out the racket and make up some issue about my name. Had 0 contact from anyone to say my name is an issue (must have to be a certain ethnic group to use the discount) for me to have to again take time out of my day to spend time to contact them they offered no solution but instantly said we will refund you. Mentioned nothing about me ordering this 2 weeks ago and hearing nothing, only until I myself had to contact them to hear this pathetic justification about they dont like my name. Offered absolutely no alternative or customer service for my time as a paying customer. For me to ask how can I write a review about my experience. I was told we will report you if you write a review. Absolute robbers will never order from here again and as an active padel player nor will I recommend infact I will happily steer them away from such an unprofessional, in human company. SO NOW WHAT? WHO YOU REPORTING MY REVIEW TO THE PADEL POLICE? anyone wanting to know more about the service I received just ask, I have taken screenshots of their response -

Worst retail experience
The website says delivery in 24-48 hours. Well its been 2 weeks and I haven’t received the order yet. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
With all this, they’re refusing to cancel and refund my money.
Utterly unacceptable.
