Great up front advice from people who really know their local property market. We dealt with Steve Kidd from the Maidstone branch, so we cannot speak for the other outlets. Steve and his colleague Katie were most professional in their dealings and kept their eye on the ball all the way through the process. We listed the property on a Tuesday and had four offers at or above the asking price by the Saturday. Katie spoke to the bidders and advised which one we ought to run with. Contracts have been exchanged and completion is due tomorrow. We'd be very happy to recommend Steve and his team.

Be Chapman at Page & Wells went above and beyond, dealing with awful solicitors up the chain, to make sure everything went as smoothly as it possibly could do and that the sale went through on time. I recently rented the flat I am currently living in through Page & Wells. I haven't rented for a few years as moved out of the home that I owned, and was nervous about the process. They have been extremely professional throughout with excellent communication. Any queries have been dealt with promptly and the whole process has been good. From day one when our house was valued by Page and Wells up until the day of completion of the sale all of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. It was valued correctly, marketed well and brought to a speedy conclusion.

I only actually met the team once and for a very short time because I live abroad, so everything was done on line with emails and the odd phone call. They were extremely professional, helpful and kind. They dealt with everthing quickly, from finding a tree surgeon to having the roof fixed. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

From the get go, Page and Wells were fantastic. They came and provided us with a realistic estimate but did advise the potential ups and downs of house selling. We instructed them shortly after, within a week they had enough viewings booked to take up a whole day of visit slots. We were able to leave the house for the day and leave Adam in charge. We had a number of offers come in and managed by Page and Wells we accepted an offer we were very happy with. Adam and the team were then very easily contactable throughout the process and were friendly and helpful all the way through to the day of completion.
