Since I tried Paint and Paper Library paints in one of my room, I just do not wish to use any other brand. The decorators love the paint too due to its low VOC and due to owning an older home, I n... See more

Asked for a paint swatch booklet, came very quickly with some lovely options available.

They do not really listen to my complaint that the colour delivered was way of from the colour card. Even with photos provided.
Tried to call the company a few times but didn't get anywhere. Only emails or chat?

This is the third time I have bought paint from Paint and Paper Library and I have never been disappointed. There is no question this it is pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. The density of pigment means that the coverage is superb and it is easy to work with. The architects matt manages to retain that matt look whilst still washing off marks extremely well (I have found that other washable 'matt' finishes just have too much sheen). Delivery is always extremely prompt and the paint securely packaged. Worth investing the extra money for a fabulous look and finish 👌

The paint was packed well and delivered as advised. Great colour and easy to use. Very happy.

The paint was great but I didn't realise the size of the 750ml tin would be so small. I called to try and send it back and order the 2.5l instead but they wouldn't accept returns even though the tin was unopened and undamaged. It was a shame so used the paint anyway and it was great, and good quality. I would order again just be extra sure that the colour and tin size is what you need as I didn't realise I would be stung that way!

This company gives you a fantastic customer experience. Fabulous Wallpapers shown with the paint colours which bring out the best look. Takes away the stress, trial and worrying about getting it wrong.

Update: I appreciate that it may not have been Paint and Paper Library's fault about delivery time, but it still meant I had to look elsewhere rather than consider their palate.
Whilst I'm pleased to hear that in-depth information can be found in the Colour Atlas, which sounds ideal, I'm somewhat dismayed that one has to pay for this item in order to judge properly whether the colours might be right for the job. To pay for something prior to deciding on a service seems odd?🤔
However, I'm glad to hear that the colour card is an accurate representation of the colours and can be relied upon for one's intial assessment.
Took ages for the sample card to arrive, so I had already had to select colours elsewhere.
No information about the colours or how they would sit with other colours or orientation of the room, so difficult to visualise them in situ. As tester pots can add up, I'd appreciate some more info beforehand.

Architects eggshell is comfortably the worst paint I’ve ever used, and the most expensive! Takes 4-5 coats to provide a decent cover over primer and finish isn’t hard wearing. Save yourself time and money and get a similar colour from Dulux or Valspar Premium

Super range of paint colours and excellent quality paint.
Rather more expensive than some other ranges, but the quality I think is worthwhile.
Delivery was quick and the paint arrived when promised.

Beautiful colour (Rose Cluster) and wonderful paint formulation - one coat really does suffice!

I’ve ordered a number of small pots for colour testing before ordering. No complaints about the quality and the speed of sending them, but I do feel these are expensive for what they are. Why not some sort of voucher to use against the purchase of the main order, which would serve to deter people from taking the mickey if the price were cheaper and ordering too many, and at the same time encourage genuine purchasers. Too much paint anyway for a wee test patch, very wasteful. And the cost? Enough for a meal out for a family of 4

I bought the eggshell finish for my farmhouse table legs and chairs ans goes on well nice thickness and thw colour porcelain V ia a blue/grey. No over strong smell goes a long way. Giving it 4 stars only as only just painted and haven't lived with the results long enough to give it 5 stars would buy again
