My order had taken approx 7 working days to reach me. No where near the next working day if you order before 1pm.
Did not keep me up to date until I contacted! Poor service. Great paint though that actually came from teknos as these did not have a base coat to mix it!

Fantastic Small Business
I’ve been using Paint Monster for over three years now and honestly can’t fault them.
Charlotte and the team run a proper family business. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do. The customer service is spot on, always friendly, always helpful, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. On the rare occasion there’s been an issue, it’s been sorted quickly and fairly without any fuss.
Their prices are very reasonable, and I really like the loyalty points system. It’s one of those little extras that makes a difference and shows they value repeat customers. There are plenty of those small personal touches that you just don’t get from bigger companies.
All in all, a brilliant company to deal with and one I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Ordered last week, order was not dispatched. No customer service
Very bad experience, they did not dispatch after 5 days. Tried to contact them, they never picked up the mobile phone call. Texts were never responded.
After checking there 1 star rating left by others, this seems to be common problem. Please do not buy from them to avoid disappointment.
I have to contact my card issuer to get my money back.
