Pair is and always has been responsive - in these times of corporate raiding by private equity etc - I hope the status quo in that respect remains

Support clearly communicated the issue, and followed up once resolved. I've worked with many hosting companies, and Pair is among the best.
Ivan was unable to provide the help I needed to transfer my mailboxes from Pair to Pair Domains, and didn't answer the questions I asked about email forwarding.
Also, the Pair Domains website says:
- Email Forwarding is included at no extra cost with every domain name registered with us.
- Email hosting for 1, 3, or 5 mailboxes is available as an add-on service.
but there is no indication that you can't use both email forwarding and email hosting at the same time. This is deceiving. I specifically asked about both services in my original email and was left to figure everything out on my own, and now I regret moving some of my mailboxes to Pair Domains because I didn't have the information I needed.
I needed information about upgrading my two hosted websites to support SSL/HTTPS. The support person, Devin, answered my questions clearly and enabled me to upgrade my sites immediately to PairSSL -- service at its best.

Pair Networks has always been a no muss, no fuss experience from beginning to end. I'm shutting down my website because it's no longer relevant, but if I ever need to create another site, I'll use Pair.

I am not savvy with any tech issues. The person helping me was patient, clear, and sent an email with it all written out. He was professional, and I genuinely appreciated his patience with me.
