Should be able to fill in the application page about the contents of the luggage.
Although I followed the procedure as instructed by the Internet page, I was later told that I needed to fill in the required information and upload the data due to insufficient content. However, there was no data attached to the e-mail, and when I created the data personally, I was contacted again to inform me that the content was insufficient. After several iterations of this exchange, the package was finally sent back because it was taking too long. If the first page of the application was not missing the required information, the materials would not have been submitted at a later date, right? Yet, isn't it strange that they say my response is too slow and then just return the package without any refund?
