The package wasn’t picked up on the date we booked, and the helpdesk has not returned our messages.
EDIT: 1-> 3 stars. They did quickly reply to my review and were very helpful since then, picking my package up (a couple of days late) and coverinf costs.

I sent my parcle to my client last November, and this parcel was returned this March back to me. The answer I got from Pakke.dk is I should contact Dao by myself, and it's not their business. But I paid money to pakke.dk directly ,not Dao.
