One Saturday I received 11 mails like the one I am answering to now. I repeat: 11.
I had a weekend duty as my company works 24/7. When on weekend duty, I don't need to sit in front of computer at all times but need to have my e-mail notifications ON on my mobile phone and react to whatever comes. Imagine my "joy" when busy with whatever home: cooking, cleaning, shopping etc. I need to stop my stuff because I am receiving a mail that may actually be sent whenever and that is actually not important. I wouldn't mind one, but it was 11. This is the first thing coming across my head when asked for customer's satisfaction.
The actual service of pakke.dk is absolutely satisfactory and we are definitely intending to continue.

Super happy
Had to send a big package from Denmark to Switzerland which proved to be just a total pain to figure out…tried many times to contact UPS and get quotes from different companies. This was the easiest and cheapest solution. Seriously saved so much time and everything worked out in the end. Highly recommend it!!

Poor customer service and internal…
Poor customer service and internal communication after paying for overnight shipping and it took a week for Pakke to send the shipping label to the sender.

Everything went smoothly and the courier showed up on time. The only thing is that the shipment company (ups) contacted me on the day of delivery, asking for the amount and weight of the packages they were about to ship. In my mind, that kind of information should be provided by Pakke.dk. All around, good experience

I have sent my document on Friday and received on the next working day on Monday. It was indeed a fast transaction
Moreover, they have a very friendly and helpful customer service.
From now on, this would be my “go to” provider whenever I will be sending package or documents in the future.
