Using Evri as a delivery partner is a…

Using Evri as a delivery partner is a huge mistake.
The driver simply left the box on the front step. On the top of the box was a label that not only had the address but the £125.00 value of what was inside.
No attempt was made to ring the doorbell or knock on the door.
As long as you continue to use Evri I will not be purchasing anything else.

Nice boots

Nice boots, sizing a bit awkward, had to send a few back as too small, and refunds take such a long time even after returns are received. Otherwise good, sale prices are decent, bought 2 pairs in fact. Thanks.

This has got to be the worse company I…

This has got to be the worse company I have dealt with.
I ordered a pair of boots back in January which was too small, I sent them back, I received an email on the 30th Jan to confirm they had received my return item, it is now February 27th and I have still not received my refund. This is very poor.

I love Palladium

I love Palladium boots and costumer service too. Never had a problem. I purchased boots and they did’t fit, I need it to swap for bigger size. Helpdesk was very approachable and return was very fast. Only what I would suggest, instead of return and make new purchase, I would prefer exchange of the product. It would speed up the process. However, it’s always pleasure to buy my new Palladiums. Thank u!

Appalling delivery policy and zero customer service

I ordered boots on 7th January. On 16th January I received an email saying they had been delivered to an "outhouse" in my property. I live on a busy London street with multiple people passing by throughout the day. I certainly don't have an outhouse!
Anyway, the boots were not there when I returned home. I have emailed 3 times but received no response to date

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered some boots as a birthday present in the black Friday deal - they took 3 weeks to process the order after which they told me they couldn't fulfill it. Looked online and they still had the boots but wouldn't respond to my emails and no number to call. Truly rubbish

Lined boots come up smaller.

Had to send an item back as although bought the same size as previously they came too small. Also very annoying with shoes to have to pay for returns! Puts me off buying from here but my current boots are great!
