My son saved for a pair of boots for…

My son saved for a pair of boots for his Dad's birthday and bought the wrong size. Was told to return the boots and get a refund instead of exchanging them. Did that and five months later no refund and fobbed off at every turn.
I bought my first pair 30 years ago and we have spent so much money and bought countless pairs over the years.
I cannot think of a worse customer service experience.
So sad that my son thought he was buying something special for his Dad only to be let down so catastrophically.
Beware folks - they dont give a damn about customers or good customer service.

Palladium HiDare II

Definitely follow the size you wear in trainers, (sneakers). Had them 2months now and they're pretty much my go to boot for all day wear. Very comfortable, and with a decent toe box, at least for me. Will be buying Palladium again

I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years…

I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years and like the boots, however the recent experience of delivery taking over a month coupled with a totally non responsive customer service spells the end of my custom. A response, note or apology would have made all the difference

I made an order end of November

I made an order end of November. Had to send one pair of shoes back - paid 5 gbp for the return and the rerurn label wasnt even included into that cost, I had to print it out myself and to pay extra. Sent item back on the 23rd of December. Still didnt get money back. So almost 2 months as per now to try and send back a pair of shoes, plus 8 gbp paid on top for return and printing. I added 1 star for cs, the lady that replies me is very nice and i do understand that all those issues are not her fault.

My husband loves them

I bought these as a birthday gift for my husband. He loves them. Great fit and quality. Really stylish and easy to wear. He says they are comfortable. I love the colour and they look great with elasticated ankle trousers. Very happy with my purchase.

I would give no star at all if I could

I would give no star at all if I could. I ordered a a pair of winter boots exactly a month ago on 29th November from their website. They promised a 2-3 day delivery. Unfortunately the parcel has never arrived. What is absolutely unheard that I did sent them 6 emails absolutely no response at all! I have no boots, no money disgraceful company along with Evri who they use as a delivery company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

No customer service and no refund

Unfortunately another company that acknowledges your return has been received but don’t send the actual refund. Been waiting 3 weeks since receiving their email. Have chased multiple times but no response. I would say very poor customer service but there would have to be some level of customer service to give it a poor rating. It’s actually non-existent. Good quality shoes but given this experience will not be buying from them again. Very disappointing that there’s such contempt for customers.

10 days after ordering and still not…

10 days after ordering and still not delivered, Evri is the worst delivery service of all time.
It still not delivered and is now 20days after ordering and 3 emails to Palladium with no reply, not only is the delivery company rubbish Customer service at Palladium is no better.

Great boots, long ship-times

Great boots - always comfy from the get go and no need to wear in. I think these are now my 7th pair!

Only downside is the shipping time to the UK is relatively long (for example, I purchased on the 11th Dec and didn’t receive order until the 19th, so around 8 days)

Love palladiums but if you need them quickly I’d purchase from a retailer who can offer express postage.

Goods didn't arrive so I went on tracking. No 'Final Destination Label'
Contacted them every way I can-no response. Now trying to get refund from PayPal. If you look at Facebook post, and view 'All Comments' this appears to be common. Think it might even be a scam site.

Tried to make a return on their online page multiple times and it kept throwing an error. Tried emailing via the website and directly but zero response. No return address that I can rely on to send - now stuck with boots I don’t want.
