PSA is the best. Awesome customer service if something on the very slim chance is defective they fix it or replace it fast! Never had an issue with this company. Highly underrated. Their stuff just works! I Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PALMETTO STATE ARMORY!!! I ordered a gun on Sept 20th It arrived at the Myrtle Beach store 5 days later. I went to pick it up last Saturday. I drove home with it and then took it out of the box. I tried to pull back the hammer, and it moved maybe an 1/8 in before the hammer and cylinder locked up. It's a North American Arms Ranger break open mini revolver. So, after it jammed i opened it, and it was filthy inside. Palmetto sold me a broken gun. I immediately contacted their customer service. It was a Saturday so there was no response until Monday. When i finally got a hold of customer service the basically shit out of luck..They told me that i would be responsible to return it to the manufacturer and have it repaired, and any cost for shipping or repair was on me. I was totally blown away by their response. I have spent 1,000s of dollars there over the last 10 years. If you decide to buy from them, just realize the type of people that you are dealing with

Every time I try to order sale items it will not allow me to order them. I usally try for 2to3 days and never get through. I’m so frustrated because every time I try the price goes up higher and higher. Is this some type of game. After numerous attempts I just don’t buy it I go somewhere else. Anyone tell me why this happens? Numerous dates I have tried

no one answers cust svc phones at any location; I want to buy but not from a company who has such crappy phone support. Buyers beware!

I've been a longtime customer of Palmetto State Armory and have promoted the ease of purchases and their customer service for years.

Unfortunately, I placed an order for around $1200.00 and called to request a change in the shipping location due to my extensive work schedule where I travel weekly and typically unexpected only to be told I cannot change the shipping address because the purchase is over $500.00.
This makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever, why does the dollar amount affect my ability to have my items shipped to a different location PRIOR to the units shipping. All items are legally able to be shipped to another location.
Poor process that makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I have purchased alot from Palmetto.Now they made me wait in line for people to get there background check done before I could check out even though I had my cwp.This is rediculous.All they had to do is send me to the check out.I was waiting for no reason. I told them I would not be purchasing my item and I will shop somwhere else from now on.

I had a self induced problem. I used the wrong cleaning rod in my psa ar10 6.5 creedmore. I used the wrong cleaning rod and got it stuck in the barrel. so I called customer service and after navigating, through all the automated voices telling me to press whatever to get to whatever department. i finally talked to a live person. He explained what was going on, and that it was it's self-induced, a problem. They told me to file a claim of the warranty repairs department which I did. And I even explained in it that it was my fault, the person said, so if you file the claim, you should just be able to send the rifle back. They would replace the barrel and just charge me for the barrel. That's why I filed the claim and I never got a phone call. All I got was an email saying, put it a vice and pull the cleaning rod out. I was dumbfounded when I got that response. did they not think I would have tried that before? I called so I responded back with I had broke the handle off the cleaning rod. Doing exactly what you just tried to tell me to do. And explaining that it was my fault and I just need a barrel. That i would pay for and I got absolutely no response going on 3 days. it's just since they have gotten larger. You can't really contact the departments directly anymore. You have to get relayed through other people, and they don't always communicate correctly with each other

I purchased from palmetto on july 25th, their company said it shipped, although the package NEVER showed being picked up. Since I had the pakage shipped to a a postal box, they told me it would be 30 days before they could re-ship since it has not shown up as of today. Again, their website did NOT show it being picked up by the post office for shipment. Their customer service pretty much said tough luck, nothing we can do for 30 days. Very poor way to handle a customer, the package was only $200

Website kept declining my payment, contacted bank, not issue on their end. Tried PC browser and mobile browser, neither worked. Contacted Palmetto, they said, "We can't guarantee our website will work". What a joke, take your business elsewhere.

Haven't had an issue before, but ordered some ammo that was on sale for a total of $331, never got a confirmation email but my checking account was hit for the amount. Had to by pass their AI Agent and actually call a store's gun desk to get some help. Now they sale they can't find any transaction. I have now had to file a dispute with my bank to find my money.

UPDATE: Was able to talk to their customer service and they were able to track down my order. The CS Agent was very helpful and was able to guarantee the order was in route. Canceled dispute with my bank.

went to the site to order products. Did a search and got dozens of pages of products I did not search for. Kept trying, no success. Tried chat; virtual agent who will NOT transfer you to a live agent, and only responds to questions someone has dreamed up and entered. Same on email contact form. You need help locating product you want to buy? Good luck. They toss EVERY POSSIBLE product they have to every search inquiry, no matter how specific you asked. They lost my $$ today and in the future.

For years I had decent luck with Palmetto State Armory, but this last purchase leaves me giving them 0 stars. I purchased a brand new shotgun from them and paid a brand new price. What I received was a used, abused, unwrapped shotgun in a box that looked like it had been dragged by a forklift in the PSA warehouse. Holes in The box, scratches and dings on the barrel and stock. But wait……the shipping box that the gun box was in was in its usual FedEx “great” condition. So someone at PSA decided to pawn off a used and abused gun to a customer.
Further more, they PSA, denied ANY responsibility and offered a $20 store credit for my next purchase!!! Why not just poop in my hand?
All this being said, I’ve spent thousands at PSA, but that stops today. Careful who you deal with online, they might just rip you off.

UPS mis-delivered my order. Checked in my neighborhoods and called UPS. Then UPS just called me back confirming that I should contact the shipper back for compensation. I paid extra for their package protection program, and they explained about the policies. I called PSA, their automated system barely even works; couldn’t listen to me or transfer me to agents. After 30 minutes I got this super incompetent and useless agent named James. I explained the whole situation and instead of trying to resolve, he just stayed silent the whole call. Not even a single word was said. I don’t know why they’re hiring this agent for doing literally no work.

I had to call back and waited another 30-40 minutes to finally get the request sent through. Even with the package protection, they are still trying to make me wait for a resolution. Even at some point they mentioned it might take 5 days. So what did I buy it for if it couldn’t resolve my issue immediately? I might have to contact my financial institution if they don’t honor their own program.

Ordered 4 items and they sent 3 items and then a junk piece of metal scrap instead of the 4th item. Honest mistake on their part. Customer service refused to replace the item since we didn't take a picture of it and misplaced it. $50 item after we have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and recommended them to many people. Treated us like we were lying and being dishonest, and we were not. Their perspective/priorities with customers needs a lot of reform.

Worst company!

I had my debit card stolen and a fraudulent purchase was made. I called PSA and they assured me that the order would be cancelled. The officer at my bank even called while I was there and he was told same thing......order had been cancelled. Well, today I get an email stating order was shipped. I called PSA back and was told they couldn't cancel it, because item was from a 3rd party vendor. Why wasn't I told this the past 2 days?! My bank ended up footing the bill!

I will never do business with PSA again!

I have a Leadstar PCC. I should have bought spare parts when I purchased it, but I wasn't thinking. I googled Leadstar and the first thing that shows up is palmetto State armory. Now I realize these guys are busy, but considering that they seem to be the primary seller of this item, you would think that they would be able to inform me what to get. Furthermore you might think they would actually have it in stock. After multiple email exchanges asking not only can I order this, but what would I need to order, I get an email back stating, we don't have it in stock. As far as I'm concerned, never doing business with these people again. No respect for customers who have ordered quite a bit from them over the years in ammo and other items. Later losers.

Fantastic customer service! Also, bought a great pistol at a great price.

They took my money $942 then called my order fraud and kept the money zero customer support I've tried multiple times to get a hold of them

Update: all week, I'm not even gonna try and care about you or 1 word you have to say you can't make 4 days of trying to get a hold of you better

The customer service staff is always very helpful and cooperative definitely recommend doing business with palmetto state
