I ordered a pistol that came with two 22rnd and three 16rnd mags. When the pistol arrived there were no mags. I contacted customer service. The automated rep. did not recognize the order number and waited for a live rep. The only two choices available was for me to contact Taurus to initiate a warranty claim for the mags or send it back for a full refund. I was also mindful to have the restocking fees waived. This weapon was not inspected before leaving PSA. I am very disappointed.

The product is good. The shipping process is so slow I missed out on a rebate.

I have bought from PSA several times, and I just purchased one of their AR-15 rifles.
It was delivered to the FFL I chose two days after I ordered it. I'm very pleased with the rifle, it has the fit and finish of a much more expensive one. It's great value for the money.
I can't say enough good things about PSA. Their products and service are first rate. Count me as a satisfied customer!

I called in to find out some info in regards to shipping to my state and I got Regina on the other end of the line. Regina was fantastic and helped me out not only with the specific item I asked about but went above and beyond trying different options of similar items to make sure the information she was giving me was accurate. Regina was very personable and made my decision to purchase the item I wanted very easy. I can’t wait to receive another great upper from PSA so I can get my build under way. I mistakenly ordered the wrong replacement trigger. I contacted PSA and the customer service refunded my money without any problems!

Operator was very short and dry. Lacked to explain in simple words, Sounded very mechanical. Diverted me to the policies as opposed to just explain it. Realistically most first time customers won’t read fine print and expect return policy to be universal. Third party items should be specifically marked as harder to return or cancel. Unhappy with the experience.

Ordered a Glock 30,first time purchase with PSA. Excellent experience so far. Gun came in fast, ordered some ammo as well. Unfourtently UPS did UPS things and sat on the box with an elephant damaging a couple handfuls of ammo. Reached out to PSA and they made things right even though it was no fault of their own. Highly recommend and will.continue giving them my business

I had an issue with my payment getting auto flagged for fraud and they were friendly and quick to resolve it. Woke up this morning to a shipping notification email.

I called the store to check that my items were there based on recent experiences. I spoke with Jessica on the phone and she was able to assure me my items had made it to the store. Once I made it to the store the process was fairly seamless even with them being under-staffed that day.
