This rep has been the most helpful and updated my order quickly. Just disappointing that it wasnt made previously clear the previous FFL was on the do not use list.

I had an issue with my shopping cart trying to buy AAC ammunition(I think there was a glitch where when removing third party from my cart did NOT remove the Washington state shipping restriction). I called PSA Customer service and Regina was my CS rep abd was very pleasant to deal with and competently addressed the issue. It was resolved when I went to check my cart over the next week.

I called again concerning a revolver I purchased from PSA. UPS has misplaced or lost the gun. Or it's been stolen at the last UPS terminal it arrived at before being delivered to the FFL Dealer. It's a complicated process to get a refund when this happens. I wanted clarification of the process, and AAYUSH did a good job doing that. Now I have to wait up to 12 more days before I can initiate a refund from PSA. On the outside chance the firearm is found by UPS within those 12 days, I am under the impression that delivery to my FFL will be completed.

I have purchased many guns from this manufacturer and I ordered a threaded barrel for my Smith & Wesson shield and their ad showed three barrels. I didn’t know the size so I ordered what I thought it was gonna be three different sizes ended up being the middle size which was too big. They took the back and charged me a restocking fee because of their screwup. I don’t think I’d be using these guys again

They reply back by saying we will try to change when the should do the right thing and give the full refund and make sure it doesn’t happen again

Trp-101 The shotgun was listed as a mobile choke system. It is a fixed choke which can not fire slugs or it will blow up. The only reason this was purchased was due to the choke system. There are other options I could have went with. When I addressed that they sold me this shotgun under false pretense they offered 10% off of the site. This is a gross violation and I did not expect them to fall this short on ethical business practices. Now I have a firearm which is a temu deal that is not what was needed or described. There are other options available. The manual says that this is a fixed choke and the vendor they bought it from as well as manufacture stated that they knew it was smooth bore and incorrectly marketed it.
