Avoid this company at all costs !!
Contacted Paul when dad died on 12th January 2021. He promised the earth stating he would do a professional job which I have to say he did when my mum died years earlier. Well that’s where the promise ended. We constantly visited his work shop in Liverpool where the elusive Paul was never available !!! Took our payment and evaded all our calls. Finally after 10 months and after numerous visits and calls the headstone was laid . We then had to chase again for the border to be completed. Finally this week they fitted the border and I have to say the workmanship is horrific, shoddy at best. Stones he removed have not been replace and the Perspex he promised not been retracted. This has caused severe stress to the family. Please avoid this company !! Do Not Believe their lies. They now have a unit in Kirkby but we cannot find where it is, the staff will not give out the detail. I will be contacting tracing standards regarding this company.
