This is my first review on Google, however, I felt compelled to let others know about the exceptional level of service I experienced with Pam Hatfield. I had a minefield of issues to sort out after the breakdown of my marriage. I was unsure if mediation would help in my particular situation. After my first meeting with Pam, I felt reassured by her personalised care and attention and confident with her level of professionalism. Pam dealt with our case efficiently and effectively. She was personable, non-judgemental and understood our difficult relationship. I am grateful to Pam for managing our meetings and guiding us to an amazing outcome. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Pam Hatfield for mediation after my ex stopped all contact with my daughter. During our first meeting, Pam was very easy to talk to and understanding. Pam was professional and provided me with lots of information on how mediation could help with my ex to co-parent our daughter. Unfortunately, my ex would not agree to mediation and refused point blank to even try one joint meeting, although I offered to pay her mediation fees! This is not the mediators fault that my ex refused mediation. Pam signed off my form to make an application to court. My ex was summons to attend court and I turned up and presented my case as a litigant in person representing myself. I now have a Child Arrangements Order that allows me to have regular contact with my daughter. So far, so good, my ex has stuck to the Child Arrangements Order. Pam was extremely helpful, informative and supportive. I would be happy to speak to anybody about my experience should you find yourself in a similar situation.

We went to mediation as we were finding it difficult to share our assets and decide what was fair. Pam Hatfield was recommended by my solicitor. My experience with Pam can be described as understanding, knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic. Pam was a good communicator and helped us with our negotiations immensely. From my first meeting with her, I felt comfortable in our meetings and Pam told us what to expect in mediation, and how she was going to work with us on our case. We were both kept informed throughout the entire process and Pam suggested many options for us to consider. I personally felt confident using mediation to reach an agreement for our divorce settlement and I would recommend this option to anyone. In three meeting together, we were able to sort out our issues by talking frankly. I highly recommend Pam as a great mediator!

It's a great shame that we only get to deal with Pam at such a difficult time in life. She took what is a very stressful and tiresome situation and made me feel at ease. Her level of expertise and experience is clearly evident in the way that Pam presents herself. Pam is very easy to talk to and very reassuring in a time of despair.
Pam was more than happy to offer all of the advise required and take her time in explaining everything clearly.
Unfortunately mediation wasn't an option in my case and things have progressed further, my dealings with Pam are now technically over however she's assured me that she is there is I need any further advise or assistance and has also pointed me in the right direction to secure an affordable legal team.
It's very clear that Pam is passionate about what she does and very clearly cares deeply for her clients emotions and requirements.
If you are unfortunately in the situation where mediation is required I strongly suggest you look no further than Pam!!

Mediation is a great way to sort through your finances and reach an agreement with your ex without the pain and the expense of going to court. Pam’s rates are very fair and reasonable and I would strongly recommend her business. She’s experienced, level headed and knows her stuff. I was happy with the outcome and that me and my ex-wife would be able to co-parent with minimal animosity. Three meetings and we were all sorted with professional documents detailing our agreement.

I am leaving a review for Pam to acknowledge the excellent work as a mediator on our case between my ex wife and I. Pam was recommended to me and I am so glad we chose her to help us sort out our complicated divorce.

We used Pam Hatfield for mediation for divorce and issues concerning co-parenting our children. We had a private meeting each and three joint mediation to reach an agreement.
