I don’t ever write reviews but this…

I don’t ever write reviews but this time I just have to. I have been getting food at Panda Express for some time now, and it seems that there is always an issue. I usually order the same thing, so for my sides that contain veggies, most of the time I get mostly veggies. Many times the portions are extremely small, music is so loud that you can’t really hear what the staff is asking, nor can they hear you.
One of my standards are chicken teriyaki, with the sauce on the side. I always have to ask for the sauce at the end. Sometimes I get some kind of different sauce, and sometimes its teriyaki. Today I got double chicken teriyaki and specified that I need the sauce on the side, and once again I had to ask for it at the end of my purchase. I only got a little half full container, and when I asked for another one, the girl looked at me like I was crazy. I then asked to purchase additional sauce and was told that it was the last they had, really!

I went through the drive-thru at the…

I went through the drive-thru at the Noblesville location at Tegler and Bergen Blvd. First of all, I asked for fried rice and instead received white rice. Secondly, my eggroll was extremely overcooked (basically dark brown and burnt). The food wasn't good at all. This was the first and last time I will use this location. I like the one on 96th street and will continue to go there. I was just right by this location so that is why I went there. Very Disappointed!!!!!

I ordered 2 plates for delivery from the Panda Express in Hayden Idaho. 1 plate was teriyaki chicken and orange chicken 1 plate was white rice with 2 sides of teriyaki chicken... You did NOT provide any teriyaki sauce at all ..

$35 Bad experience

We ordered food at 6:30 and it was supposed to arrive at 7:12. It was left at the front desk at 7:40 cold, without the ordered sauce, cutlery, napkins and the $5 1/2 orders were ridiculously small. I spent $36 for a very bad experience. They sent a text asking how was the experience‽ I typed in a 1 for poor. They sent a link for more info that leads to a missing page! Started to contact my credit card company for a refund but decided just NOT to order from them ever again!

£10 minimum card order, are you having a giraffe u panda!!!! All I wanted was chips and sweet and sour sauce in this pandamic life style and I feel safe paying by card transaction and not cash....I am now absolutely starving and hangry....shame on you Mr Panda man....happy Easter.

We had a small family gathering and…

We had a small family gathering and decided to order lunch an Panda Express. One member of the family does not care for Asian Food much, is a beef eater, so we one of the items we order was the Broccoli Beef. It was uneatable. He said the Beef, itself, was so tough it could not be eaten and the taste was terrible. Others at the table tried it and all agreed ... extremely tough beef, terrible taste. One person took a bite and immediately spit it out. It is a bad dish, uneatable.

no food here!!!

I went 3 times in one week and left each time. Went through drive thru. Placed my order, and the response was,' We dont have, it will be a 10min wait on this, we dont carry that anymore. EACH time I went!!!! I live on the other side of town it take $70.00 to fill my tank and all three times my time was COMPLETELY wasted. The people are rude FOR SPORT and flip and condescending. Dammit!!! I just wanted some food!!

I had the great displeasure of going to…

I had the great displeasure of going to the Brooklyn Center location…my daughter placed an online order at approximately 4:15….arrived at about 4:35….6 people “working” inside….yet my order had not been started and at first couldn’t be found!! They said a few minutes…ok no problem….I can see them looking around for white rice….they had none!!! After 20 minutes the guy says it’s going to take awhile, do you want something else? No, just cancel and refund…..oh no, because it was an online order it will take 3 to 5 business days!!! Worst service ever!!!!

Had an issue with the survey/receipt…

Had an issue with the survey/receipt (the back of the receipt was blank so no idea how soon I had to do the survey). When I tried to do it online, got the message it was expired, and had to be done in two days. Never got that info. They get the goodwill of offering this free entree, but then conveniently omit the details, so the they don't end up having to honor it. Pandaexpress.com customer service was just rude. If that's how they welcome back customers after COVID . . . on thing I learned from COVID is I can live without Panda.

Ordered mushroom chicken in the drive…

Ordered mushroom chicken in the drive thru. Tried to add broccoli. Told cant add broccoli. I asked if they serve beef and broccoli. they said yes/ I said ok just add some and charge me for it. they said no. I said ok. Was told to pull aside and they would bring it out. I asked how long? they said 5-10 min. I pulled aside. After 20 minutes, I went inside. One other person in drive-thru and they gave up and left. 3 people eating inside. Asked about my order. they handed it to me (ice cold) and when I asked how long it had been there I was told about 15 min. Incredulous! Too lazy to walk 20 steps (like they said they would) to bring my order out. NO business! NO orders! Just lazy! Never go there! Big mistake. When asked I was told by mgr to just be glad I was in the drive-thru. Walk-in customers must wait behind ALL drive-thrus, and if you are there to pickup...or doordash, you are at the back of the line.

If I could do negative I would

If I could do negative I would. Ordered a family meal deal with orange chicken as an entree option. Made my 4 yr old a plate that included the orange chicken and he soon began to scream and start crying while eating. He spit his food out and the inside of his cheek was bleeding. Looking through his chewed food we found a sharp jagged bone sticking out of the orange chicken. Terrible. My 4 yr old refused to eat anymore and still had to cook him something different which we were avoiding hence ordering takeout from panda. Situation could have been way worse especially if he would have swallowed it or if he would have stabbed himself in the gums with it. Still not sure if he did end up swallowing part of the bone since the piece we found was broken

I was very satisfied with my visit

I was very satisfied with my visit, as I walked in I was greeted very kindly and then the employee Caetlyn served me, she had a huge smile on her face and spoke loud and clear enough for me to hear. Once she finished my plate she rung me up and made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. 10/10 visit I would recommend

SLC airport Panda Express

I just went to the SLC airport Panda Express. Worst experience ever. I understand I was asking about their menu, but nobody was behind me. Their attitudes were horrible. Mean people here. One staff member with short blond hair opening mocked me with the other staff, saying I was like his girlfriend who could never make up her mind and then laughed with the other staff. The lady messed up my order and I had to correct her. LOTS of side - which I didn't want, but only 6 small (and I mean tiny) pieces of orange chicken. The entire thing didn't even fill the bowl line. Now I know why they had so much Orange chicken left over. I paid over $12 for a bowl and a small side. Way to much cost for so little food. Waste of money. Also, if the girlfriend of the staff member is reading this...girl, you need to get a better boyfriend. Full stop. Also never gave me a receipt and I finally had to reach over and pull it off their machine. Horrible...

The last 3 times I have been to the…

The last 3 times I have been to the St.Francis location they are allways out of several dishes. Today I arrived at 11:15 am no lines at all and its lunch time. Last tome I come to this location its very apperant they dont want the business. Would rate a zero if I could.

Christina in the drive thru was RUDE…

Christina in the drive thru was RUDE and HATEFUL. Food was pretty good what they had anyways. Out of alot of things. No bags, no straws. All that is fine I get it it happens. But the RUDE "manager" was not called for.

My husband and I decided today not to return to this place. the spaghetti is raw and salty. I ordered meat and broccoli and the clerk put only broccoli. the chicken has no flavor. I asked for sauce for the egg rolls and the cashier said they didn't have them. With the same price I can go to another place to eat better.

Where is the negative Star??? Do you serve fresh food??? My neighbor drug me to your place for your antique freeze dried food. IT SUCKS. I would rather eat my leather shoe. More protein and flavor. "NOT".
