- lounge for you to wait at if too early and have a complimentary coffee while you wait

they don’t offer advertised car wash service anymore which is a pity, would be perfect

Very nice experience all in all. But we asked them to remove a smelly object out of the car that we forgot in the car. They promissed to do it and also forgot. The car is wasted.

Kind and helpful staff, clear instructions on where to leave the car, how to manage payment, etc. Clean and comfortable transfer, which only takes a few minutes. Excellent service overall.

This is the second time of using Panda Parken and it still has not disappointed. Easy arrival process, with clear instructions of where to park and how to check in. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a stream lined process of checking in and then boarding the bus. On my return journey and having picked up my luggage, I alerted the company I had arrived. By the time I had walked the 3 or 4 minutes to the pick up point, the driver was already there waiting for me. It's a super service which I'll be forever using now I've found them.

My husband and I love to travel, even we are, let's say "elderly people". The less we need is any kind of stress .That's the reason why we love to use the Service of "PANDA-Parken", because -and this is really true- we had always a perfect Service! AND it is such a kindly, helpful team(my husband sometimes has a problem with walking) that is incredible. Thank You and sure until next time .

I like the stuff members and the way how to whole process is. What I didnt like that my car was dirty from cutted grass which was probably cutted near my car during the parking. It was difficult to clean it.
