Very good service and kind employees
Everything went smooth. Employees were very kind, we also got free coffee and bottled water, which is a nice added bonus. I would recommend Panda Parken to everyone, they seem really professional and well organised.

Very well thought out, comfortable option
Most professional staff and facilities, everything is thought out perfectly, from checkin to pickup of the car. Shuttle from and to the airport runs smoothly. The complimentary water upon departure and arrival is a nice plus. Will book here again for sure.

Great, responsive staff
Booking: Booking is simple through the website, you get the booking confirmation instantly on your email and you can change the dates or time at any minute using the link provided to you with the email pdf.
Check-in: Easy self-check-in, it's a small marked building where you show your QR to the camera and it shows you at which number you park your car(1-5 lines marked with the corresponding number). Staff quickly helped us with the luggage and completing the check-in taking our car keys and sending us a valid link on the phone via SMS.
Parking: The staff moves the car after you park it at the designated line. And when you return back from vacation they park it near the building for quicker access to the vehicle.
Drive to/from the airport: After parking, you have a choice to grab some coffee and stay at their lounge or take an immediate drive to the airport. The drive takes about 3 minutes.
Prior to landing Panda sends you an SMS with a link to click to request pick up. We took our luggage and followed the instructed video on how to get to the pickup spot and the driver was already there picked our luggage and took us to the car. The drive back is 3 minutes as well.
Check-out: Staff helped us to do the self-checkout and pointed us to the car.
Pricing: Their price was cheaper than parking at the airport and only 3 minutes away with them taking you to the entry point is well better than Vienna outside parking.
Overall: Really enjoyed their service, very friendly and responsive staff that speak either German or English. Their shuttle bus is clean and the drivers take you to and from the airport really quickly.
The only downside is that the staff has to move/drive your car after you do the self-check-in to where they want your car to be parked.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to park their car at the airport.

A little surprising for me was an…
A little surprising for me was an information about new meeting point. This was my the first arrival to Vienna, so I was little confused to find way out... ;-)
Despite this, we waited to car for few minutes...
Other experiences were excellent - friendly driver, offer of toilet, water and hot drinks etc. :-)
Next time we will choose Panda again!! :-D
