No safeguards for good tenants from bad ones

No stars not available. A tenant has been harassing another tenant for over a year but despite promising to evict the problem tenant, Panda do nothing. The others tenants are stressed and frightened for their safety, but this useless landlord does nothing.

Horrid Company, Feel like I got scammed!!

Copied from my review on Google:
I'm a previous tenant and the treatment my wife and I have went through and the grief this company has caused us has been atrocious. If I could give them less than one star I would. Left without heating, abandoned when water was seeping through walls and ceilings and to top it all off they never told the tenancy deposit scheme that we extended our letting agreement by a month and have kept our deposit. The owner of the property we stayed in is also the owner of the company itself so it is clear he has just bought the place and put it straight onto the market without proper inspections and repairs being made. My advice to anyone considering letting from these people, DON'T! You'd probably have an easier time in a homeless shelter than being scammed by these people. I could say so much more as these were not the only problems but I think my thumbs would fall off trying.

Not keeping property in good repair, ignores tenant requests

The property I rented was under this letting agent. They did not answer emails in a timely manner. Extremely difficuly to get ahold of anyone. Prone to ignoring any request for assistance. Provided false information regarding repairs and removal of rubbish which was supposed to happen before we moved in.

Left us with damp and no heating. Allowed the property to be rented initially in disrepair with cracks in walls and peeling paint in bedrooms.

Did not make sure that our deposit was protected throughout the tenancy.

IS NOT APART OF THE PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN OR PROPERTY REDRESS SCHEME. Which is a requirement for letting agents in order to protect tenants rights.

Avoid at all costs.
