My wife's 60th birthday present
My wife's 60th birthday present and wish was to convert her Father's memoirs into a book. After reviewing a few companies I found Panda Publishing. What a pleasure it was to work with a great bunch of people and in particular Luke Taylor. He kept informed of the progress from start to finish. The quality of the book and the level of service provided was first class. I would highly recommend this company for your publishing requirements. Thanks Luke for everything you it was very much appreciated.
You will lose your time and your money
You will lose your time and your money. After more than a year and 5 project leaders, I got the review of a 4-page children's book and the pictures, which apparently can not be fit into a book in the usual way. After a bad review, they agreed to refund part of the money. But they do not send as much as they told. So I got almost a 50% refund, and nothing I can use. Your choice now.
Addendum. Apparently I have to remove the review, because they are telling me they will take further steps to sort this that I do not going to like. Whateverthat means. (apparently I have to remove the review)

A genuinely positive experience with…
A genuinely positive experience with Panda Publishing from start to finish.
I did have a few trust issues at the beginning, but Maria Max and Luke quickly put me at ease with their professionalism and patience.
Maria’s guidance throughout the process was steady and reassuring. She truly led the process with calm authority and care. She was my main point of contact throughout, always composed knowledgeable, and completely in control of every stage. I felt she genuinely championed my novel, and that level of leadership and reassurance made all the difference.
Max, on the other hand opened my eyes to what is possible. Although I chose not to pursue extensive marketing across larger scale platforms at this stage, he showed me what can be achieved, whether now or in the future. That knowledge and belief will stay with me.
Luke’s dedication in finalising the Amazon self-publishing stage was outstanding. He saw it through to the very end, always pleasant, responsive, and never making anything feel like too much trouble.
Thank you as well to the team working behind the scenes, the formatting and technical support were handled seamlessly.
There is no other team I would choose to work with for my Series Two. Panda Publishing Agency Uk has my full trust and appreciation.
Grateful for the support in bringing my novel to life.
Panda are good, really good
Panda have been first class ever since I started working with them over a year ago. I never imagined my book would ever be published. But I hadn't reckoned on the hard work, the speed of action and the sheer determination of the team there to get the job done. I have worked closely with several people there, Emily Richards being the current Project Manager. She keeps me posted on current marketing and other developments, is full of ideas, and is a joy to work with.
A positive publishing experience
Reasonably priced and I am very pleased with the final result. The team were helpful and responsive throughout. The process did take a little longer than originally anticipated, but overall it was a positive experience.

I contacted Panda Publishing in the hope that they would help me self publish my beloved Mum's unique and most inspiring Christian Poetry., in honour of her great God given gifts.
I am so pleased, that I did. Not only was Dave Cooper initially very helpful and supportive including Sarah Greene involved in making the necessary changes to the design of the book and pages within, but Joseph Martin excelled and went out of his way in helping and supporting me, in making my goal of publishing my beloved Mum's Poetry in both Amazon Kindle and Paperback form a reality. It tooks months of hard work on there part and my side working as a team to make sure the end result was the best we could do.
I am very grateful to Panda Publishing for all their help and support in making a deep wish of mine come true and I would recommend Panda Publishing anytime, for anyone looking to self publish and a very special thanks to Joseph Martin the Senior Project Manager, who went out of his way to help, and support me in my quest of self publishing,my Beloved Mum's Poetry. To all of you a big thank you. Kindest regards Mike Boell
Dreams do come true
My daughter and I are being looked after very well as first time authors. Our journeys have been amazing. A dream come true. These guys are professional and really well mannered. I enjoy working with them. Keep up the good work gang!
Fear not, you are in good hands, ask for Maria Roy.
As a first attemt at writing I was very cautious on my approach to signing up online to any publishing house. I was dealt with initially by Max Sheldon in a professional manner who laid my fears to rest and then introduced me to Maria Roy who became my shining light and manager that helped me over my own fears. I am delighted I signed up with Panda Publishing especially because of the way that Maria helped me though each hurdle. Thank you.
Panda Publications are very professional
Max and Maria have been fantastic.
As a first time and writer and author, it was very hard to trust and know what it is like to publish a book and whether a company is legitimate or not. It was a great experience and thank you for all your support and help.

Fantastic service with Maria really leading from the front.
The company offers many very good services that really help the author, basically they keep in constant contact with you, offering guidance, if required on a daily basis throughout the whole process. The service was slowed somewhat with the manager in control of my work, which frustrated me somewhat, until that was that Maria got involved. Then she took the 'bull by the horns' and little problems that were proving sticking points were sort with immediate effect and Maria was able to bring the whole process to a very speedy conclusion. I was happily expecting that the two books would be printed early this coming week, only to receive a message from her late on friday afternoon congratulating me and confirming that both books had infact been printed that afternoon. I was delighted and really couldnt thank her enough. Max had done a sterling job, but once Maria took the lead it all happened very quickly.
First time Author - leap of faith!
I’m a first time author! I chose Panda Publishing after careful research. I took a massive leap of faith and I believe I made a good choice.
Roxy the Rescue Pup is due to be published in the next week, and the whole process has been so exciting,
My project manager has been great, very professional. Communication has been quick and I have felt able to ask any questions I need to. And I have!
My illustrator is brilliant! My audio vocal is beautiful. I am extremely happy with the way everything is coming together.
I’ve learned lots and am looking forward to working with, hopefully this team to release my second story.
Truly Life-Changing Experience with Panda Publishing UK
As a first-time writer, I had absolutely no idea where to begin my publishing journey. I reached out to Panda Publishing UK at the start of this year, and I can honestly say the experience has been life changing.
From the very first conversation, the team supported me every step of the way. They truly listened — I was made to feel like their only client. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I changed my mind on design choices or reworked half of my manuscript midway through the project!
A special thank you to Emily, my Senior Project Manager, whose patience, professionalism, and encouragement made all the difference. She not only guided me with care but also empowered me to trust my creative voice and improve my work.
The communication throughout was outstanding — clear, kind, and consistent. I always felt heard, respected, and supported.
I’m beyond grateful for everything the Panda Publishing UK team has done for me, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re a new writer unsure where to start, this is the team you want by your side.
My debut novel will be published this month. And with Emily’s support and dedication and the relationship i have built with this company I can officially call myself an Author.
I will continue to use this company with all my future works!
Just don’t…
Where to start… Firstly, on buying the most expensive package which included book printing and three months of marketing support, my manuscript was to be put before a review panel for their feedback and critique. Oh the reviews were glowing! However, the people who wrote them - made up. The actual reviews - made up. Why would they recommend a children’s picture book be turned into an audiobook?? Didn’t make sense as the picture tells 50% of the story (unless you had to pay extra for that of course…)?
I asked for a refund after they admitted the names against the reviews were fictitious BUT they then produced my book cover!! It had taken them a week… Not only did it not actually contain the illustrations I’d provided, but the text on the back cover was in a foreign language. And it was all clearly generated by AI.
On the plus side, they did refund and they did so when asked the first time.
In a nutshell, just don’t…

A fantastic experience
A fantastic experience and not without its problems along the way.
David and Arthur constantly found solutions to issues we inevitably encounter as wording , phrasing , editing and adding all come into play to fine tune the book to its glorious finale.
David was always available and never made me feel alone or lost with the book progress. I’m quite a taskmaster and demanding so everyone did well to update the progress and acknowledge changes or issues as they appeared.
I can’t emphasise how important this book has been to me , my friends and family and it’s given everyone an insight into my struggles and how I pass on my coping mechanisms that might help everyone in the future.
The next book, underway, will absolutely be given to Arthur and David to sprinkle their magic. I can’t recommend them enough. Well done to the entire team. PQ
Peerless service in the face of adversity
I have been very well served by Maria and her boss Keith who have been tremendously helpful throughout what was a difficult process due to some mistakes being made on my book. Their professionalism has restored my faith in human nature and I heartily recommend them without hesitation to any aspiring authors who are considering self-publishing.
My Biography in Panda's Hands
I cannot thank Panda Publishing enough for the way they have handled my book. As a new author I have been delighted by the professionalism of the staff. Everything has been done in a timely manner with clear instruction and fine planning.
I would recommend this company to any authors as they have managed my inexperience with such delicate care and understanding.
Great communication
Great communication, also if there was a problem it was solved quickly
Diligent, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work alongside.
It was utterly crucial to the development of the book that I was working with someone who tuned in immediately to the requirements in its many forms to reach a successful conclusion. Emily provided that, above and beyond expectation levels. There is always a bump in the road in putting together a 100,000-word manuscript, front covers and so on, but it was a pleasure to have such a knowledgeable, helpful and willing participant on the other side. Emily provided diligence throughout to make the project come together. Massively impressed.
