Delayed delivery
This is the second time I ordered from them. First time was okay. Now, its been delayed for almost 2 weeks. Tried calling many times but with no answer. Really disappointing.

Health warning regading their Jasmine tea
I ordered a whole bunch of things from their website to make bubble tea at home, including the jasmine tea that they recommended. It was only after it was delivered that I noticed the warning on the tin that says that it can affect hormones and fertility. By then my daughter had already opened the tin, so I couldn't return it. If such serious health warnings are missing from their website, I am worried about the quality and safety of their products. I would not recommend this site and if you do buy any products, please check the ingredients list on the products before use.

However, this does not mean the product is unsafe. Many teas and herbs, including jasmine tea, contain flavonoids and phytoestrogens, which are naturally occurring compounds found in many plant-based foods. These are generally considered safe for consumption in normal amounts, but some manufacturers include a warning as a precaution, especially for individuals who are pregnant or have specific health conditions.
