Your login is difficult as has been since August 2020, when I signed up. I tried to call and could not get past a very nice person, who could not help. I left a voicemail for someone, left my contact info, but never heard from anyone. I find the content very general, not at all in depth. I’m hopeful you will iron out the sign in issue soon and that the content will improve.

Promise exceeds delivery.
It should be clearer to prospective customers that signing up for the early enrollment offer means that you will have access to only 3 chefs' classes and one brief thumbnail about an Italian butcher. Then you will wait and wait and wait and wait until other advertised classes are actually available. If I had it to do it over again, I would wait until the full curriculum goes live. Until then, the promise exceeds the delivery.
