The charm looked way flatter, and there's no guarantee that the dangly charms will 100% stay on. And why are the charms so tiny? I was expecting it to be much larger and for the price, at least to be waterproof in the website pictures. I only got the charm in the images; therefore, it looked big, and when I searched it up without logging in, the charm was shown on a person, showcasing how tiny it looks. This was my first time buying from Pandora, only because of a friend, but it looks like it might be my last

I have anniversary coming up this month and husband told me to choose charms for my bracelet. The ordering was easy and delivery was very good and quick

I found your site difficult i could order no problem but it wouldnt let me enter my card details i had to get my daughter to do it as i couldnt if it had only be a one day offer i would have missed it

I make the order on Tuesday 2 June and I pay extra money for next day delivery and you not following the order

I recently purchased three rings, and while I’m happy with the products themselves, the packaging was disappointing. Each ring was sealed in a generic plastic bag and placed together in a single box, rather than being presented in individual, dedicated ring boxes. For jewelry items, proper individual boxes would not only offer better protection but also make for a much more fitting unboxing experience. I hope this is something that can be improved in the future.

From ordering to delivery was flawless. Its a gift for someone and not due to be given fora fortnight. Im sure it will go down well.

Ordered my purchase on line. I was informed about purchase and kept up to date on delivery

I did receive my order very promptly.
However, the delivery driver did not ring the doorbell, although our car was on the drive and it was clear someone was in. He was just about to leave the package on the doorstep, although it would also have gone through the letterbox. Luckily my partner just about got to the door to take the package off him. The delivery details had already been updated to say the package had been left on my doorstep. So he had no intention at all of trying to deliver my, very expensive, order safely. I am not happy.

Absolute joke. I placed an order 2 days ago and paid £6 for next day delivery. I’m absolutely outraged. So not only did u pay for next day delivery and received it 3 days late but I also paid for gift wrapping which was an extra £5! Opened my parcel to no gift wrapping and the box extremely damaged.

Hello, I ordered a necklace and earrings from you and paid an extra £5 for the premium gift box. However, the package arrived in a very dirty and stained condition. Both the outer shipping box and the inner gift box look old and soiled, as if they aren't new items.
Furthermore, the delivery driver just left the package outside without calling or knocking on my door, and it got rained on. I am supposed to give this as a gift to my sister this Friday. I am very disappointed with the condition of the box, especially since I paid extra for it.

I ordered my charm Tuesday and it arrived the next day! Nicely packaged. Am delighted with my gorgeous new charm!
