I love Pandora; I have several bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. Every time I visit the store, I end up making a purchase. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never been disappointed.😍😍😍😍

I paid extra for next day delivery and only advised after payment was made that my post code was excluded have had to wait 3 days nows. Definitely didn't receive the service I paid for.

I will never ever order pandora again. My kids saved up and bought me a voucher for my birthday because they knew I was saving up for a beautiful bracelet. They bought me another one for Christmas, and then a few months later I had enough money to buy the item, only to find out the first voucher had expired. I rang over and over again, made countless arrangements for managers to call me. None of them ever kept the appointment to call. I saved for over a year and it was a only a week out of date.. now I have £125 of my kids hard earned money in vouchers that are useless... Shame on you Pandora

The order system didn’t work very well when it came to payment. My delivery didn’t arrive delivered somewhere else but with no photo don’t know where?

Disappointed on this purchase paid for next day delivery but arrived day later white gift box was grubby looking the printed note was not straight on the paper and the engraving was to small to read
First time in years using Pandora that I feel it wasn’t worth the money and had to apologise for the gift I was giving I will not be ordering off line again
