I don't agree with all your purchases coming in one box.
I bought 6 items for gifts. All in little plastic bags in one box.

Everything went well with my order. But one thing upset me. Why can't I use the birthday discount when there are other discounts available on the website? It would be possible to leave the birthday discount on non-discounted items or arrange free shipping. I was upset about this, especially since I had two gift certificates and made two separate orders and paid for two deliveries, so the total orders were more than £75.

It was ok not how it looks on your web browser looks nice but the engraving bit of centre which is disappointing.

I was very disappointed with the necklace as the beads were so tiny compared to the pictures when I ordered. Plus in my receipt it states I would get 38 points then further emails stated I get no points with this purchase. I don’t think I’ll be ordering online again.😢

i have NEVER been more disappointed in a company
i purchased a charm in the US whilst on holiday, which was $90.
unfortunately it broke, however i thought i was lucky enough that this was still in warranty. i also had a safety chain on the bracelet but the threads had gone, so i thought i would send them in together to be repaired.
i was advised the charm would be free to repair, but the safety chain was £7.50 which in my opinion was fair.
i had a call from the store (Trafford Center Manchester) to say my bracelet was back, and repaired, but unfortunately the charm could not be, and i could come in and exchange for an alternative, as the charm i had was a Disney Parks exclusive and cannot be purchased here.
i went in on Friday 28 May, and spoke to a lady who showed me a charm, and in her words she said to another team member, "do i just give her this one" she then apologised as she had only been there a couple of weeks.
she then said i would have to pay the difference as this one was a lot more expensive as it was gold.
honestly i said thats fine, as i dont want a gold one
she then went to show me alternatives which started at £65 (lower than i had already paid) but she said i would have to pay £10 more as they couldnt recognise the value i had paid and would only offer £55!
i said i think that isnt right, to which she advised she knew the policy.
after i advised i wanted to speak with a manager she then told me she was the manager! i wanted to speak to someone higher , she then said they were on annual leave.
as i said i was going to complain she wanted me to leave the store as i was being disrespectful!
long story short i have escalated this to head office, who are stepping away from the case even though i have provided receipts and had to pay £17.50 for a bracelet that wasnt fixed and extremely poor service

But Gift Box I paid £5 for
could have fitted a size 3 pair of shoe's in it
and it was dented and broken on one side
But Local store were lovely and swapped it for a normal size box and gift bag ,which was a lot better and worth losing the £5 I paid for gift box
Think they should offer customers the choice of Shop Gift Box And Bag
Or Larger one they send ,which was Ridiculous for a single charm
But Cannot fault the charm
or ordering and delivery
Would use again ,but just not ordering the gift box
I'd go in store and buy .
