Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience – no meaningful improvement for me

I purchased Michael Norman’s PanicFree.TV one-to-one programme in March 2026, paying US$790 (£612.46) for three sessions.

I completed the three sessions and subsequently completed an additional session as the work continued. A further session was arranged for September, which I unfortunately had to cancel because I was unwell.

I approached the programme genuinely hoping it would help with my severe anxiety and panic attacks. Unfortunately, despite the considerable cost and the time I invested, I experienced no meaningful improvement.

This was particularly disappointing because the way the programme and its guarantee were presented gave me considerable confidence when I decided to purchase it.

When the initial sessions did not produce the improvement I had hoped for, additional sessions were made available. I appreciated Michael offering these, but ultimately my experience remained the same: the programme did not provide meaningful relief from the problem for which I purchased it.

More recently, Michael has suggested that I seek help from a psychologist. While seeking appropriate professional help may be sensible, from my perspective it leaves me questioning the value I received from the US$790 programme.

I can only describe my own experience; other clients may have had very different results. I am not suggesting that the programme cannot help anyone. However, having entered into it in good faith and followed through with the sessions, I am extremely disappointed that it did not work for me.

Given the outcome, I have now formally requested a refund.

Prospective clients may wish to read the terms of the refund guarantee carefully and satisfy themselves about the nature of the service, the applicable conditions and whether it is appropriate for their particular circumstances before making a substantial payment.
