Awful company

Awful company. Did the Rossi Bike Collection. Took over a YEAR after the collection was finished to get some of the missing bikes, then with 1 bike still missing they stated they were sorting for me (in March!!) Now December they are just ignoring my messages. Do not use them, you'll overpay and not complete it.

Really slow dispatch for a large…

Really slow dispatch for a large company … 5 days to dispatch some cards?! And it seems once they are ‘dispatched’ you dont get any kind of details for standard delivery and it is again ridiculously slow, I dont actually believe they dispatched when they said they did as Ive never had orders take so long.

Absolutely horrific company

Absolutely horrific company. Avoid all online orders by all means. I ordered the 2024 Premier League sticker album and 100 packs for £125 on 18.11.23. Now it’s 13.12.23 as of writing and no communication about what has happened to my order.

On the 5th of December I got an SMS from DPD regarding a delivery. I assumed it was to do with this. We waited all day for the delivery and nobody even came. After a while I tracked the link on the SMS from DPD for which they said it’s been returned to sender. We were waiting all day. I know now I’m talking about DPD but wait this is where the shocking diabolical customer service from Panini comes into play…

I reached out to Panini and sent over 7 attempts via email and filling in their contact box on their website about the problem. I have not had ONE reply in all this time since the 6th of December when I sent out the first attempted contact.

Absolutely disgusting service after spending over £125 and to NOT get my order and even a reply. Considering legal action as it’s pretty much theft.

2 very disappointed little boys have resulted in this. Utter disgrace

A total scam of a company

A total scam of a company. I was present when my daughter, who had been attempting to contact the company, received a call from an unknown number who hung up when she answered. My daughter called the number back and had a very difficult conversation with customer service as apparently there is only 1 person who deals with customer services, she doesn't have a manager, she can't answer queries and she doesn't accept or deal with complaints. According to the advisor 1-2 days express delivery, which my daughter paid for, is actually 2 days from dispatch date and as the items had been sent on Monday then Wednesday is within the 1-2 days, this was in the early evening. I then tried to explain that as there was not going to be post in the early evening then they were being delivered outside of the 1-2 days. Unfortunately the advisor couldn't grasp this so she was asked for her name and all she said was "I'm not going to answer that" and hung up!!
Appalling company, appalling customer service...Steer clear!!

Appalling service

Purchased missing Jurassic park cards to complete my son's set on 2/10 via 5 different purchases as can only buy one extra rare card each time, filled in form to complain when only received one of the orders and told to wait 15 working days when had already been 27 working days !!

Amazing Customer Service

I recently had an amazing experience with Panini's customer service that deserves recognition.

I had purchased a Women's World Cup Adrenalyn XL trading card multipack from a shop near me, and much to my excitement, it included a limited edition card of Lucy Bronze. However, my joy turned to disappointment when I attempted to remove the limited edition card from the multipack and it got partially stuck to the adhesive, resulting in some damage to the back of the card.

Feeling a bit disheartened, I decided to reach out to Panini's customer service support to inquire about the situation. To my surprise, I not only received a prompt response but also an exceptionally positive one. The support team listened attentively to my concern and showed genuine empathy for my situation, and were evidently determined to give me a like for like replacement.

Following our conversation, I received an unexpected package from Panini. Inside, I found the exact replacement limited edition card of Lucy Bronze, meticulously packaged to ensure its pristine condition. But that wasn't all, to my delight, the package also included a few surprise blind packs of cards.

I'm immensely grateful for the outstanding service I received from Panini. This experience has not only resolved the initial issue but has also left me with a deeper appreciation for the brand. Thank you, Panini, for your exceptional customer service and for turning what could have been a disappointing situation into a heartwarming one.

Kudos to the entire team for embodying the spirit of exceptional service and leaving a lasting positive impression. I wholeheartedly recommend Panini to fellow collectors and enthusiasts without hesitation.

Items don't arrive and impossible to unsubscribe

Subscribed to the Rossi Bike Collection and decided to cancel it after XX issues. Followed the instructions on the website which say either email or phone is OK but they continued to charge me and send the items.
Multiple emails later with no response I've had to cancel my credit card and get a new one.
The phone number is Australian but it's just a message saying what their hours are, it never gets answered, just the message.
They never respond to emails.
They never sent 5 of the 30 or so items that were paid for.
Very dodgy business practices, avoid them.
