Yes way Jose!
The sites were beautiful but what made the tour extra special was our tour guide José. He described each location and how it fit into the movie very well but what really put it over the top was how he tied everything to the visitors every day life. He kept us engaged and we were so compelled at the end we even gave him a hug!

The Hills were Alive!
The Original Sound of Music tour was a great experience. We enjoyed the tour around the different parts of Salzburg, especially out of the city, but the guide Kylie made it especially fun. She was enthusiastic, friendly and engaging. Her storytelling, knowledge and music and videos brought the Sound of Music to life.

The Greatest Tour we have ever experienced
This Sound of Music Tour was very important to us on our visit to Austria.
It was to be the highlight of our vacation and an event we had waited years to experience.
Well ! WOW !! What can we say that could even begin to explain our family's experience?
All four of our family party have agreed that this tour was the BEST by far, that we have ever experienced.
Jose was a master of his art and was born for his position and a credit to Panorama. The successs of our tour that day buoyed us up for our entire vacation in Salzburg and Vienna.

Perfect Sound of Music Experience
Excellent tour, captivating tour guide who was knowledgeable not only on the sound of music but also Salzburg in general. Tour ran for a perfect amount of time where we did everything without being rushed but it didn’t drag. Only wish would be to get closer to the front of the house rather than just driving past, aside from that 10/10!!

It was an amazing day! Hallstat is beautiful, but I was especially looking forward to the Sound of Music Tour. It was AMAZING! So much fun!
Both guides (Susi and Jose’) were great, friendly, full of information, fun.
Jose’ was especially wonderful. Four hours of information, stories and fun! I especially enjoyed learning about the original Von Trapp family, and his anecdotes of his visit to their family estate in Vermont were insightful. You can tell he really loves this.

Amazing One of A Kind Sound of Music Experience
We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Sound of Music private half-day tour in Salzburg! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and kind throughout the entire experience. She was very accommodating and took the time to answer all of our detailed questions, which made the tour feel both personal and engaging.
It truly felt like a one-of-a-kind experience, and we are so grateful for the memories we made. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Salzburg—especially with Elena, she was amazing!

Enjoyable, entertaining and informative tour.
I enjoyed the Original Sound of Music Tour far more than I had expected. I am not a fan of coach tours as a rule, nor is The Sound of Music my favourite musical, but this tour was great fun. The Australian guide, Mitch, was very well informed and very entertaining. The coach was comfortable and there were sufficient stops for refreshment and comfort. The drive through the picturesque Austrian countryside alone made the tour worthwhile. My wife and I had a great time, and would strongly recommend it.

A colourful tour on a grey, rainy day
Our tour conductor, Mitch, was knowledgeable and engaging, and despite the rather cold, rainy day kept us enthused with his great energy and positivity. We were lucky to have him as our guide! We had a great time, learned a lot (about real events as well as the filming of the musical), and heartily recommend this tour for anyone interested not only in the Sound of Music, but in history generally.
