I placed an order on March 10th and, since then, I have not received any updates from the company. There has been no communication regarding shipping, delays, or order status.
I have tried reaching out multiple times via email, but unfortunately, I have not received a single response. This lack of customer service and communication is extremely disappointing.
At this point, I am concerned about whether I will receive the product at all. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company, as my experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional.

I did an easy order on paper republic, but I wanted to change the shipping method. I chatted with an agent named Hilma and it was the kindest experience I ever had with a customer helper. She accomplished very well my urgencies, with a very rapidity. I am glad that they have a customer care that actually works very good!

The products are fantastic and the customer service is always responsive and friendly. The only niggles I have surround cost. The Journals/covers are worth every penny but some of the accessories are extremely over priced, as are the delivery options.

Company has nice Instagram photos and runs promotions with bloggers. I follow a book blogger who praised Paper Republic and shared a 30% discount, so I decided to try it. I was looking for a notebook system where you can keep the cover and just replace the inserts. Seems more eco-friendly this way...
After 8 days of waiting, it arrived today. Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed. It’s simply a bare piece of leather with a few holes and an elastic band. The edges aren’t even finished. I can’t believe I bought this. Oh well, first and last time.

Excellent customer service and such a wonderful, high quality product. We had a change of plans in our travels and the team acommodated us and gave us a discount on express shipping. Super happy and highly recommend it.

The products are of excellent quality. I’ve been using the same planner for two years now and I absolutely love it!

I also really enjoy the accessories — they’re fun, beautiful, and what I love the most is the possibility of personalisation. It truly makes each piece feel unique.

Customer service is outstanding. Especially Ina — her kindness and willingness to help were 1000%!

Very disappointed with my experience with paper republic.

I placed a Christmas order (order #425457) in mid-December. The parcel had an address issue with UPS, which I reported immediately to customer service, providing the correct details. Despite several follow-ups, the team took a long time to react, and the parcel eventually got sent back to them.

I was repeatedly told the package would be resent “as soon as possible”, but I never received a new shipment, a new tracking link, or even a clear timeline. It’s now mid-January, the Christmas gift never arrived, and I’ve had to ask for the order to be cancelled and fully refunded.

The products look great, but between the delays, the lack of proactive communication, and the absence of a concrete solution in the context of a Christmas gift, I can’t recommend this brand. I was expecting a much more reliable and responsive customer service for a so-called premium product.

Do not buy their products. I could put up with the average quality ( the leather is very cheap for the money) but having been told after chasing them that it'll be a total of 5 weeks to get refills ( I thought you were a journalling company!!!) I give up. Look elsewhere. Not a great company

I wanted to love paper republic but I've been having the world's most horrible customer service experience trying to retrieve a package that got lost on the way. Any decent customer-centric company would just send a new product to make up for it, but paper republic has already made me waste hours of my life on this with yet no resolution. So so unfortunate. They seem like such a customer-centric company on social media.

Evertime I purchase from this company the order arrives on time (unless UPS messes up!). The products are wonderfully made and beautifully tactile. This time they went over and beyond to accommodate a special embossing request. I love purchasing from this company.

To expensive

I ordered quite costly diary with inserts on 2nd September 2025. It still hasn't arrived on 3rd October. They messed up the dates to post the items and whilst the communication was there with the customer service they missed the time I was actually in the country. Redirecting somewhere else was so far unsuccessful. They said they have a lot of orders as an excuse. VERY POOR SERVICE, VERY LONG DELIVERY, AND PEOPLE DO NOT RESPOND.

Terrible experience. Utterly bizarre and incomprehensible. I spent a couple of hours trying to buy an item from the website without success. First, PayPal kept returning the payment with an error message to contact the vendor. I then tried a different browser and managed to get to the payment page where I was informed they would not deliver to my address because it had the word "Box" in it. I contacted "customer care" and was told to take out the word "Box" from my address - I was advised to provide them with an incorrect address in order for the payment to go through so they could process the order. Needless to say, I declined. After reading some of the reviews on here regarding the slick marketing, overpricing and mediocre products, I'm pleased to have kept the £102.00 the item would have cost.

The company did reach out to me later and offered a solution.
Just be sure you order the correct product on their website, since the pictures and descriptions are somewhat confusing
Be warned, this very expensive leather cover and refils are just a piece of leather, with 4 holes in it.
The paper quality in the refills are bad (using a fountain pen) and with more than two refills in it, it's hard to write and rest your hand while writing.
You can get much better for less money, or just stick to bullet jounals or Leichturm notebooks, which gives a much better experience.
Hat's off to their marketing, though. To sell a piece of skin with 4 holes for more than 60 EUR.

From the moment I received my handcrafted leather voyager in pocket size (A5), I was completely smitten. There was a slight delay due to staff illness, but the communication was outstanding, warm, honest, and genuinely caring, which only added to the charm of buying from a small, passionate business. Holding this piece in my hands, I felt transported back to a time when everything was made with care and attention, when you bought things that lasted from local shops that knew their customers. It evokes the spirit of the 1940/50s, when quality and connection mattered more than speed and mass production. The leather is rich and beautifully dyed using natural methods, the craftsmanship is exquisite, and even the paper inserts are of the highest quality. The personalised note that came with it was the perfect final touch, thoughtful and heartfelt. I’m absolutely overjoyed. This isn’t just a product, it’s an experience. One very, very happy customer.

My parcel was lost by Fedex (please don't do business with Fedex, worthless in execution and communication) but at Paper Republic I received every assistance and within no time I still had my order. Very friendly and neat and good service!

I love this brand so much! A very big thanks to their amazing customer support, who helped me with the issue I caused in the first place. They respond really fast and shipping is fast too.

It's a simple product, but I love the paper and so glad how handy my Grand Voyegeur is. On top of this, as a person who journals a lot, the handwritten note is a cherry on top. Can't wait to order my future refills

Decades of searching have come to an end. I love this organiser and can keep different books for different aspects of life. The BuJo just didn’t work despite years of trying and this is perfect. The leather and monogramming are lovely. The refills are a bit ordinary for the price so I use Muji notebooks as they’re thicker and the spine doesn’t break as my organiser is jam packed.

Just not worth it. The leather cover is not great quality, but its not bad, but the refills are so expensive for what they are and the quality is not just up to the price they are asking.

The website and marketing is great, but unfortunately, the delivery does not live up to the idea or the expectations. Karst, Moleskin are far better.

The A5 leather cover is too small to add other journals other than those from Paper Republic, so don't think you will get freedom to add others journals inside.

Overall, I do not write reviews often, but this feels like a bit of scam. Oversold, under delivered.

So this is way more expensive than it is worth. I´d just recommend to buy and cut a high quality leather piece and put some stationary refills in it at a fraction of the price. The edges aren't even sown together for some of them. I got the pocket one, a planner and a tiny notebook for 66 euros.
The delivery took ages, and you have to pay a premium for it. I got no update on the shipping for at least a week or so, but in the meantime I got about 50 marketing emails, and that is not a great experience.
