Scammers

in short: scammers! withdrew money from my account, even after I wrote to their support and they allegedly removed my subscription to the damn club membership!

Stay away fe them

If I could give this company a zero, I would. Absolute scammers, they own and operate my hobby card and nex budget plan as well. All reviews say the same thing . They are scammers
They have been taking monies from our account without consent, we have never subscribed to either business. They can clearly tell the accounts have never been accessed, we have never received anything from them other than the monies going so could not stop the monies

The service was very fast which is highly appreciated. I got assistance from Anna, a member of the escalation team. Her assistance gave me reassurance thay my request will be met. Overall my experience was delightful.

This is a scam

This is a scam, somehow I subscribed with this people, immediately started to charge my card, they say they cancelled my subscription but no notification is delivered to my email about this. Terrible customer service. Don't trust this company.

Hi I payed you $2.99 US and signed up…

Hi I payed you $2.99 US and signed up to your shopping experience.
With that, you promptly withdrew $80.00 NZ from my credit card acc and placed it as a credit on my new acc, without asking me or advising me that you were going to. This action is fraudulent and unless you return my $80.00 NZ to my credit card asap, or I will be reporting your actions to Mastercard.
