I've been using Paperform since their beginning. amazing evolution. Amazing features and Amazing support.

Had a question about upgrading my plan for some interesting features I was interested in. The team responded in a timely manner and gave me ample time to cross compare the features. Support is quick and helped me make my decision.

Paperform seems to be an interesting alternative to other such solutions on the market. The first experience with the product is promising. A big plus is the very responsive support, which was very helpful.

Paperform is without question the best forms provider around. Love this company!!!

Paperform is a super user-friendly and helpful product.
We use Paperform at our Recovery College in the Netherlands and rely on their forms and integrations for scheduling appointments as well as for class registration for all of our workshops and courses. It has been a life-saver for organizing larger events with hundreds of visitors and multiple workshops.
Whenever we run in to a problem - which does not happen often - someone from the helpdesk will help us out right away, and often ends up showing us some cool option we hadn't discovered yet.
Using Paperform's forms and integrations saves us countless hours a week in comparison to before we worked with Paperform - can't recommend it enough!

Paperform Support is great - all questions answered very quickly. Support team is knowledgeable and is able to provide quick videos to walk you thru issues. Now that they are SOC compliant, they are more valuable to my business

Paperform has no match when it comes to customisation. There’s often times I thought I had reach the limit of what the platform can do, only for their elite customer service team to show that there’s always a way.
The description ‘outstanding’ feels like an understatement of how brilliant their customer service team is. Paperform is a fantastic platform hands down, but there a number of fantastic platforms out there too. But I’m yet to come a platform this good that gets bested by its customer service. People make places great; Paperform’s people make it superb.

Everything is very clear and client-oriented. A great user experience! Super helpful customer service, that replies within seconds!

Efficiency in solving the problem

Support is top notch and round the clock. Always fire back with solutions and are listening to their customer base. Software is always improving. Great experience all around!!!

I've used just about every form builder out there. Paperform is the easiest to use and, best of all, they have the best support. I've had to ask their tech support multiple questions, sometimes very complicated ones, and every single person that helps me has been fantastic and thorough. When it comes to online support, this kind of service is hard to find. I recommend Paperform to everyone.

We use paperforms to organize our all company parties as well as travels (Hotels, trains...) and orders.
We love the Design and how easy it is to use.
We also love the integration options (excel and asana).
The team is also always very available per chat, amazing service.

In this day and age of chatbots and other automatic forms of support, Paperform taking the time and having actual people provide you with quick and helpful support feels absolutely amazing. Best customer support I have received in a while!

Huge security flaw. They have no defense against human spammers. I have tried hosting the embedded form and every trick around the book but Paperform does not offer a viable solution.

Jim assisted me with some multi-step logic questions in Paperform and the entire experience was a breath of fresh air. His communication was prompt, clear and very helpful. Easily the best chat support experience I've had in years. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Been using Paperform since they launched several years ago and every single time I reach out to support you feel like you're chatting with someone who is both knowledgable and enthusiastic to help. The form is feature packed but recently there was a feature we needed within their existing Hubspot integration which was missing, and blow me down, they included in their near term roadmap already! I'm a customer of other top tier form apps and they don't roll this way, Paperform is different, and I congraulate them on remaining agile and striving to be the best. I highly recommend Paperform for its good looks, advanced features and superb customer support. Thanks guys!

[Update] So, just days after my 1 star review and their diplomatic response, I found that I can no longer access my account and gone with all the data and everything I created on Paperform.

I have been subscribing to Paperform for over a year, and got very disappointed with this company in the recent incident and have lost a lot of trust to keep my stuff with them. So I decided to cancel my subscription after having carefully checked that I should have until 12/23 (which I’ve already paid for this month) so I would have time to move my data elsewhere.

Then just days after the 1 star review, Paperform's co-founder Diony McPherson sent me a message and locked me out of my account immediately with a petty one-month refund which I've never asked for nor agreed to.

Now I have lost everything I had created on Paperform since 2021, and they wouldn’t respond nor give me my stuff back.

The irony is I was initially going to pay them for the entire year after I got their BlackFriday promotion email, until I felt something isn't right. I’m so glad I didn’t pay them more, and so pissed this company and its founder would treat their previous customers horribly.

Don’t trust your data with Paperform. They picture a nice company with good values on their website, but the truth is they really don't care once you've started subscribing and having all of your stuff with them. And they have no problem to use that to mess with you.

P.S. I am very pissed but I'm reasonable. I will update my review if you will change how you would treat a customer who was previously a supporter of your company. I don't want your one month refund, just give me my rights back for the month I've already paid for to access my data.

Conner and Danny from support were awesome! Anytime I ever needed to do something "outside the box" the service has been amazing. I've been more than please switching from Typeform. Paperform has more rich customization features and can't say enough about their support staff.

Paperform scammed all Briefcase Lifetime Account Holders. Suddenly they downgraded all accounts to free plans and blame Appsumo despite the lifetime guarantee made in 2021. At the same time, they try to convert the lifetime deal owners into monthly subscribers. This is scam! The statement by Paperform below is not correct either since appsumo confirmed that all briefcase accounts were converted into lifetime deals. They lie.
