We couldn't have asked for more, their support team was second to none and was able to find workarounds for all of our calculations however complex. We can't speak highly enough about them a special mention to both Jim previously and Sonny whose response time was impeccable given the complexity of the calculations. Highly recommended.

The app is incredible. Anything you need with a form, paperform can do it and more. Plus, the customer service is always knowledgeable and quick to respond. Honestly the best customer service i've experienced. If you dont have paperform, get it now!

We moved over to Paperform after using two other wordpress plugin form builders that were either difficult to build but had the functionality we needed, or easier to build but lacking complex functionality. I have some previous background in very beginner coding but everyone else on our team has zero knowhow when it comes to formulas and building out functions, so we needed something that others could edit and make changes to once I built the initial form.

We found the perfect blend in Paperform.

HIGHLIGHTS:
- It is definitely the most intuitive and easy to build with and allows for the complex functions that we sometimes run into in our nonprofit private school.
- Built our robust registration forms (with the ability to sign, upload necessary documents, and receive payment all in one place), to food ordering forms, media release forms, and fee/payment collection with the Stripe integration.
- Custom emails and PDF creator -- love that there's an autogenerated list/table but you can also build it to output the way you want.
- INTEGRATIONS with Google Sheets, Trello, Zapier, and Hubspot makes Paperform even more powerful. Love that I can do most of the automations straight in Paperform and avoid jumping in and out of zapier. Links/mapping between the automations are less likely to break this way.
- Their service is phenomenal. I had some issues with calculations and their support team helped me to figure it out quickly and succinctly all through the chat function. Didn't feel like I was getting the runaround and they were very clear with their instructions and relaying the issues to me and even recorded screen video to show me how to fix something.
- Their nonprofit pricing allows for organizations like ours to automate tasks for our team that would normally take more resources than we could afford. We are very happy to recommend Paperform to our community/network because of this.
- Their pre-built templates makes it really easy to build on top of a good framework. Saves us a lot of time from doing it from scratch! I only wish that there was a way to import our brand colours/fonts to the templates automatically but so far it is easy enough to do it manually.

Highly recommend Paperforms to anyone needing to move away from physical paper forms or even previous digital systems that you may have had to piecemeal together. Now you can get all the functions you need in one place!

Paperform is great. It changed how we collect info. Also it helps alot with workflow through zapier. GAME CHANGER.

Paperform has a nice user interface and I appreciate the Integrations. I had tried those integrations excel, Mistertask, and Zoho crm. I am impressed by the precision the integration can do to data in other software. For example, you can link an answer from the survey to a column in an excel sheet.

I find this particular feature super valuable. I spoke with customer service too for some questions I had, and she was nice, timely, and helpful.

Hello, we are a school using this product to act or registration and other necessary info. After many hours of searching this is in my top 3 programs currently using. It also has by far the best version of signatures by creating it as a transparent picture. Any issues I had were solved promptly and it is a pleasure to use.

Amazing platform with an even better service. It lacks some features but if it's great for people looking for a one stop shop.

Paperform is a fantastic service.

I was an early adaptor of Paperform after a long and extensive search to find a reasonably priced form system that I could use. At the time, I was beginning my own design/marketing business, and I knew that forms were an integral part of what I needed to offer to clients. One of my clients was a medical clinic, and we were able to take the intake form and set it up as an online form. Using the question logic Paperform has incorporated, I was able to ask and point the client with the form to precisely the right questions to get the information necessary. I could even get a signature if the patient were under 18 years of age. It was magical.

I've now begun my career as a social worker, and I'm incorporating Paperform into my practice and of my agency. The flexibility and ease is a plus as I navigate a new job and improve the sites for my agency. We're now able to take applications online for proctor (foster) parents and those who wish to help the kids in our program.

I recently completed a site launching a new service and we needed to take payments online. As we are a small business with not a lot of overhead dollars, I try to reduce the costs as much as possible. I didn't want to pay our site provider extra for an e-commerce site, and I struggled with how I was going to incorporate the payment into the website without any extra costs. And then I had a brain flash where I realized that Paperform has already solved this issue. I was able to integrate my payment process into the form and then embed the form into my site. Paperform to the rescue!

Another essential aspect of Paperform is that they are responsive. If I had any trouble, they contacted me back, and we were able to work through whatever issue I was having. If I asked for a feature that wasn't yet available, they would respond with a timeframe of when they felt they would be able to add it in. Since they are a small company, they can't incorporate everything I ask for, but I think their tasking priorities are fair.

I'm in the US, and they are in Australia, and I've never had any issues with response time (within a day, usually) or connectivity issues.

I love this app! The ability to make a form so much more than just a form through APIs or direct connections is impeccable.

Also, the design is flawless; the team's hyperfocus on creating the best form experience possible is unmatched.

Absolutely love Paperform. It has tons of functionality and is easy to embed into existing websites. We'd be lost without it. Well done to the Paperform team for continuing to develop a fabulous service.
