We decided to order our wedding invitations online, crossing our fingers that it would be successful. We read the reviews and placed an order. It was simple to do and the range was fabulous. Staff were very quick to respond to questions. When our invites arrived with the addressed envelopes, we were so pleased with the quality! Absolutely amazing products!

Staff were very accommodating to our requests, both before and during the ordering process.

I had reached out prior to ordering to confirm the process, given I had text that was to be confirmed (e.g. event timing) and received prompt support with clear advice on how to proceed. As such, I was able to order with confidence, and during my order process I received reasonably prompt responses, communication was fairly smooth and the order was finished and arrived earlier than expected!

We ordered our wedding invites from paperlust. They were quite responsive and accommodated our customisation requests.
I did however find that there was a lot of back n forth because of double handling from paperlust. I was having to explain and email same thing to multiple people. I also ordered an opaque material but got paper material for 1 of the cards.

Our previous supplier for our wedding placecards and table numbers dropped out 2 weeks before the wedding. Paperlust expedited everything and thanks to them prevented major headaches. Will always be greatful to them

I was really impressed with how quick and easy it was to get our 'save the date' design finalised. It was sent off for a review before printing and it came back even better! Once approved, it only took a couple days for our prints to arrive. We're really happy with the final result, although some of the prints aren't centred and can't be used. Thankfully, we ordered more than we needed just in case. All in all, still very happy with the product and will use again for our invitations.

Beautiful Quality & Elegant product. We ordered our wedding invitations through Paperlust. The template we used was easy to populate. The systems in place make for a very easy process to ensure everything a quality end product & service. Paperlust made further edits to the proofs when requested & were very helpful in ensuring the invitations met with our expectations. Prompt delivery.
