Great products, but missing item from my online order...
There is one (1) item missing from the parcel I received for my online order. Have tried reaching out via live chat/messaging function but have not received a reply yet. While this is my second online purchase, I did not encounter such issues with my first order.
Update: The team sent over the missing item promptly :)

I love this shop! The items are high quality and the designs are very nice! I will surely order from them again. This time I have claimed. Papier Tigre told me that the right item would be sent to me. This information was given to me eight days ago and, since then, I don't have any information about it. In my account this purchase appears as concluded.
