Mostly Satisfied, but Some Damage
One of the Colle Cleopatre that I ordered was crushed in transit and all dried up when I received it. Otherwise, the products are beautiful and I am enjoying using them. Mille mercis!

Disappointing customer service
When I found Papier Tigre I was very excited because I thought I found my new favourite notebook brand! Unfortunately not only did I receive a damaged product but I was unhappy with the customer service response. It actually made me not want to buy from this company again, because I felt like they don't care about the customer. I give 3 stars because I like the concept and designs of the products.
Edit: thank you Papier Tigre for reaching out - I sent an email in March with photos of the notebook cover that looked like it had been sliced on the inside with a knife which I understand can happen by accident so I said please check the stock so that other customers do not get damaged items. I was told it is 'normal' with recycled materials. I produce similar notebooks myself so am aware of what would be normal, and felt the answer was careless and dismissive. I think a lot of customers would like their notebooks to not have damaged, sliced, folded covers - even though they are made of recycled materials.
