Reviewers also frequently criticized the customer service, describing it as unhelpful, unresponsive, and unwilling to honor warranties or address clear quality issues, often attributing problems to Furthermore, some customers reported issues with the website's review system, suggesting it was designed to prevent negative long-term feedback by expiring review links too quickly. However, some people also felt that certain products, like mattresses, were comfortable and of high quality, and a few had positive interactions with customer service representatives who were helpful with returns or exchanges.

I recently purchased a new memory foam…

I recently purchased a new memory foam mattress from amazon and thought it was too firm so I ordered the mattress topper from parachute and the next day I decided to return the mattress I wasn't able to sleep well on it and I would cancel my order for the mattress topper and go to the store, try a mattress first then buy it. I tried to cancel my order the next day and was unable to due to it hasn't been shipped and would not be until June 15. I sent an email to the company after failed attempts at calling customer service number which went unanswered. They responded to my email on Saturday which said they do not do cancelations on weekends, you only have 30 minutes to cancel, order already processed (although not shipped ) I will have to wait to receive the item and return it which is what another month or two for the return to process. I filed a dispute with my bank, BBB, and I am contacting FTC which the consumer by law exercises any option to cancel before you ship the merchandise.

SERVICE AND PRODUCT

OK, honestly ----Sateen sheets and duvets and Down Insert are ALL just
wonderful. Couldn't be happier.

Unfortunately the service is very poor. Almost impossible to get anyone
on the phone and they do not do "waiting". This is most annoying. I tried for3 days before the Memorial Sale --therefore missed it. Today is once
again my third day of getting thru. NO LUCK. Yes, I could have just gone
ahead and bought online, but had a question .

Also, the products are supposed to come with a "return label". Wasn't
there. Now, I did not wish to return anything --- but don't think they
check their mailings properly. Also again, shipment did not get here
when promised. 3 days late.

Still like their bedding and will buy more -- IF I CAN GET SOMEONE
TO ANSWER.

SO --- FOUR STARS FOR PRODUCTS, BUT 2 STARS FOR SERVICE

They took my money

They took my money, never sent an order confirmation, and then they closed all their customer service lines, so you can't reach them. Not a real company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO CHANGE POLICIES!!!!

I made an order on Monday (Memorial Day 2020) for a set of sheets (fitted and top), pillow cases and duvet cover plus the duvet insert. Two days later I realize I made the incorrect color choice. When I contacted them to make the change, they said no changes are allowed once the item is processed. I said fine, then I want to cancel my order. They said no cancellations are allowed and that I must accept the order then have return it. So due to COVID and their policies, they are holding my money for 6-8 weeks at the least. They provided a contact number (888.523.0478) but no one ever answers their customer service number. It just says no one is available and to call back and then it hangs up. I have tried for two days two days to contact the number with no avail. Furthermore, if you click the "return policy" button on the last page of the order, it comes up with no information. (I have a screen grab of this too.)

Definitely the worst customer service you could ever think of...I highly regret even buying from them and am pained that I now have to go through a return process instead of them just cancelling my order 2 days after purchasing and a full month before it ships. They said you have to cancel within 30 minutes of making the order and even then they may not cancel. (I have this all on emails too)

AVOID THE DOWN

We have bought a few items from Parachute such as the towels, sheets, duvet and pillows. Everything seems to be of good quality except the pillows and the Duvet. The fabric they use is not high enough thread count to contain the mini feathers they have stuffed in them. Thus there are mini feather particles constantly in the air giving me allergies and just feels stuffy. AVOID THE DOWN.

I ordered the percale sheet set in May…

I ordered the percale sheet set in May of 2016. These were my only sheets - I washed them and put them back on the bed the same day. So they never got a break. In April of 2020, the fitted sheet did develop a tear about midway up the sheet. The pillowcases and top sheet are in perfect condition. I ordered a new fitted sheet.

I can't speak for the sateen and linen. I know the sateen get poorer reviews. If you are looking for cotton percale, these are the best sheets I've ever found. I think 4 years of daily use is pretty fantastic for sheets. I was a little sad to see the tear in the middle - because other than that the sheets showed no sign of wear. But I loved the sheets enough to order replacements.

The cotton percale is very breathable, and has the clean crisp cool feel. They don't get hot and feel fantastic. The only small issue I have is that they wrinkle easily. But I've found no reason to care that my sheets are wrinkled.

REALLY BAD

Well, we received the sheets & pillowcases today and upon opening package, they looked and felt like pure garbage.
Company says it will accept returns and donate them( tax deduction?) to Charity. In good conscience, I would not let my dogs sleep on this Crap. So we pitched them in the trash and will just eat the cost.

Much of the merchandise is very poor…

Much of the merchandise is very poor quality. I purchased several top-of-the-line down pillows, a sheet set, a quilted coverlet and shams, and a terry bathrobe from Parachute. Only the bathrobe was acceptable quality. The pillows flattened to nothing and started falling apart, losing feathers all over the place. The bedding was disappointing. Not something I would have purchased in person. Customer service was not help on the (expensive) down pillows. They do have a window for returning items that don’t wear well, but it is too short. And if your merchandise falls outside that window — as my pillows did — they will not help you at all. A good down pillow should last for a few years. Mine died in months. Do not purchase anything from Parachute.

Save your money

Save your money, there are better options out there. May I suggest Brooklinen or the TJMaxx? Perhaps. Their sheets are by far the most comfortable and cost-effective.

warning!

Parachute sheets are fantastic. Do not buy their pillows! Within 6 months they will be lumpy and horrific to sleep on'. We bought 4 .. 2 medium. 1 firm and 1 soft! Same thing happened to each! Wrote for refund since warranty for 3 years, but because i had cut tags off them it voided the warranty! Who keeps tags on their pillows???!!! Tried to do what they said and wash and dry them, but nearly ruined my washer so took them out sipping wet and threw them out! 400 dollars later and buying new pillows today. Bad customer service and terrible pillows!

So NOT worth it

So NOT worth it. The linen sheets are thin, flimsy, scratchy. Very low quality and ZERO customer service. Wouldn't take a return. Really disappointed.

Sheets lasted 2 years before showing threadbareness

I wanted to be able to write a better review, but alas, here we are. We purchased a fitted, flat sheet, and two pillowcases for a full bed in June 2017. As is captured in many reviews, the sheets are incredibly breathable and soften with wash. This is great.

What is not great is the overall quality of construction. Within 6 months the seams of the pillowcases started to rip. We contacted the company to raise the issue and were told that they were not under warranty. After some back-and-forth, including photographic evidence of the pillowcases, they agreed to send out another set of pillowcases to us.

Fast forward another six months and we started to experience a similar defect with one of the new pillowcases. Fast forward another year (2 years after purchase) and our fitted sheet is showing threadbare wear.

For a $200 set of bed sheets, I expect them to last more than 2 years. Think about it this way, both my mother and my grandmother used sheets in their home for upwards of 30 years before replacing. While I know we live in a time where low-quality, high-prices rank supreme, I would hope high-end sheets could last more than 2.

I believe if more consumers speak up, we can help improve quality.

Loved my new sheets until the bottom…

Loved my new sheets until the bottom sheet got a tear after only 4 months. Definitely a bummer when spending so much on luxury sheets. When I contacted customer service however, they could not have been nicer and sent a replacement sheet. Kudos for great customer service!!!

Unfortunately, Not Worth The Price

Loved my Parachute percale sheets as soon as they arrived, and I honestly thought that I had FINALLY found my favorite sheets ever. The material is very high-quality, and they helped to keep our bed cool at night. Unfortunately, after only a few cycles of use, these sheets started fading from a lovely light blue color to a smudgy yellow-gray, especially where our bodies touched - pillows, middle of fitted sheet on both sides of our King-sized bed. I have followed the manufacture's washing instructions to the letter - even drying the sheets on delicate cycle with wool balls. Not acceptable for $300 sheets! I will not be buying again.

World class products and customer service

I received excellent service from Parachute. I bought a couple of bathrobes and a few days later, the items went on sale. I sent a brief email to Parachute asking them for a price adjustment. I quickly received a satisfactory reply. Very good quality company with unmatched quality products and world class customer service.
