I spent $476 on king size linen bedding and it all fell apart within two years. The bottom sheet has several holes. The flat sheet has holes and two of the four pillow cases are coming apart at the se... See more

SO disappointed
Beyond disappointed. Unfortunately I did not read these reviews and instead followed some, most likely paid ones.
These sheets are truly terrible for the price. I can’t believe I bought them!
They are Target quality and should have been priced as such $99 not over$400!
When I took them out of package it was difficult to tell and of course, the packaging was impeccable.
Once I washed them I was like omg you’ve got to be kidding. Linen is so thin, they will probably last just a year, ugly white plastic buttons on duvet, and much more pink than the photos on site picture, they look so beyond cheap. Truly so sub-par I barely want to use them!!
How could you sell such awful products for so much $!!-?
Anyone looking for fantastic linen sheets buy Linoto. Same pricing and amazing quality for basically the same price! I have 2 sets and they will last for years. I love them so much I bought their bath sheets and they are so absorbent, I love them!
I wish I could return my parachute sheets.
So unhappy,
Oona

I wish I had read these reviews first
I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered a duvet cover. It is thin, and my cat has put runs in it just by walking on it! I never have had that experience with any other bedding product from other companies. I try to get in touch to return and the "live chat" is always off-line (they should call it dead chat) you call the 888 number and it hangs up saying they have high volume calls. send emails but don't get back to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Terrible, overpriced low quality products and customer service that doesn't provide service or care at all about the customer! Save your money!

Poor shipping poor customer service
While I can appreciate the extra COVID precautions they say they are taking... my order was placed 3/23 and I received the “your order has shipped” email on 3/25. From there fedex never updated. I contacted them via email (good luck getting someone on the phone) and I received an email stating it takes 1-3 business days to process the order. that would indicate that my order wasn’t even processed yet, but it was because i received an email that it was “shipped” on 3/25. Even at the 1-3 business days it should have left already (but again it “shipped” on 3/25). I was asking to see if maybe there was some sort of mistake or if my order did in fact ship or where it might be. Then got an email saying “we checked” and your shipped. Way after the 1-3 Business days. I wish I would have read these reviews before making the purchase because I would’ve never purchased anything from this company.

Worst sheets ever
Worst sheets ever. They are like cardboard. Will be returning them tomorrow after only one try.

CS is beyond poor
CS is beyond poor. As a brand selling expensive items, to not to have CS service available on the weekends is terrible. They made a mistake on my order and left out the apartment number. I checked my order summery and my apartment number was included on the shipping information. So now my package is being held by FedEx, b/c Parachute decided to put restrictions on their packages. If you are already cutting costs on your CS, why are you putting restrictions on packages, which takes up more time. This is the first time ever after online shopping that this has happened. Every time my apartment number gets cut off for whatever reason I am able to call FedEx and confirm with them my apartment number and get the package delivered. Now I have to wait for Parachute. I've tried calling and leaving them messages on their social media channels - to which all have no response. CS is a joke to this company. Shipping was also horrible - The package kept bouncing around within the same state for three days before departing, and the delivery date kept being pushed back. It has gotten so frustrating that I don't even want what I ordered anymore.

Brushed Cotton Bedding is the Best
I have the brushed cotton sheets and will never buy any other bedding from any other brand ever again. They feel like butter and have held up incredibly well after a ton of washes.
Also, the side-sleeper pillow has changed my life. Highly recommend.

Free returns. Sort of. Poor quality items at high quality price.
Tout free returns. Just contact us and we'll send you a prepaid label. A prepaid label that requires you to drive to a FedEx store, no matter how heavy the items. If they can mail you the items, the free return should be the same. Took me 4 customer services reps before one finally knew what the company's own policy was. The first three printed out new labels that they claimed would let FedEx pickup. The first label caused a real issue as they put 200 pounds instead of 20 on it.
Mattress pad, down filled was as thin as paper. The topper which was adverstised as adding 3 inches of softness, flattened to a pancake right down to the mattress. Both were immediately returned to the box and then the return nightmare still going on started. I live in a rural area so bringing a giant box to FedEx is not ideal. I'll probably pay USPS to pickup the boxes as that's what I'm stuck with. Or call my credit card company and let them deal with it.

They just don't stand behind their product!
Purchased their linen sheets and within one-year the seams on the pillowcase are coming apart. They told me, "We are unfortunately unable to replace these items, as the damage appears to be the result of regular wear and tear." I have other linen sheets from Mateo, Brooklinen, Tuff & Needle that are old and have never had this sort of problem. For the price you would think they would last longer. Also, these sheets are the toughest off my linen sheets. My advice, Go Brooklinen or another brand!
Terrible Customer Service
Order a robe and was charged for 2 when I specifically made sure my cart had one. I reached out to customer service to have the order fixed and got an automated bounce back stating I could return the second one when I received it. It hadn’t even been processed or begun shipping yet. I asked the to cancel the order and got no response. Had to report it as fraud.
Very poor, flaky customer service.
I submitted a request to cancel my order after placing it a couple hours prior. Only received a canned response with no sense of urgency or attentiveness. I tried to be reasonable in hopes to getting this resolved swiftly to prevent further headaches on either side but there seems to be miscommunication with the site and shipping warehouse. A few days later I get a shipping notification email by the warehouse and then a follow up 'Sorry, we could not cancel your order' email with steps to return once I receive my item. I highly doubt there was any effort, unfortunately.
Yes, this is my experience. I had to sign up to leave this review to warn others.
Unbelievably terrible customer service…
Unbelievably terrible customer service - truly the worst I have ever encountered in my life. Slowest response time makes quality issues even worse because it feels like no one is taking customer issues seriously! I’ve had 2 quality issues in a row with a quilt I ordered - no one has any urgency in resolving this matter. Also it amazes me you can only reach a customer service agent via email!!! There is no phone number if you have an issue. The customer service agents don’t read your emails and in previous issues asked me for photos numerous times after already providing them - they truly DO NOT even read your email and send canned responses. First quilt we ordered for our guest room arrived with a rip in it - brand new after opening the package. Second quilt that arrived had brown dirt splotches all over it and was already worn; had clearly been used and possibly returned by another customer. Ordering my linen bedding from Brooklinen from now on - I hear amazing things!
I have been trying to reach Parachute…
I have been trying to reach Parachute homes for a couple of days now and the message says "No one is available. Call back later." No option to leave a message. I tried to email and there was no response and even tried to chat and again the chat isn't available. For a company that charges high end pricing for bedding, I would at least expect an answer. And I was trying to place an order via their website. Needless to say, I did not place an order and never will. I can't imagine if I actually had a complaint.
Incredibly customer service and fantastic sheets
Couldn't have been more pleased with customer service. I didn't have an easy request (since I wanted the Venice linen set in two different colors instead of all one.) I had to talk with folk in two stores, but they organized things brilliantly between the staff at both. Shipped promptly, including a a handwritten note and a fabric sample for another color I was interested in. The sheets themselves -- heavenly, weighty, and feel high quality. Beyond thrilled so far with customer service and product.
My $500 sheets ripped after a year
My $500 sheets ripped after a year. There is now a gaping whole in the middle. I was offered a 10% coupon for my trouble.
What a horrible investment.
Easy Discoloration
I have the blush linen sheet set, and the percale duvet. I used everything for about two weeks, washed as recommended, used again for another two, and washed again. The blush is completely discolored. The Parachute CX team will tell you that they are sensitive to harsh chemicals and need to be cared for properly -- but they've been exposed to no such things, and have been CAREFULLY taken care of as instructed (I was not gonna mess around with something this expensive).
I have sheets that cost a fraction of the price, and have held up for years. For something in this price range - I expect a lot more. My sheets should still look good after a total of 4 weeks use & proper care. I have a friend who had similar issues with some of her products easily discoloring (some without even being used).
I loved the linen, but I would never order this product again. This is absolutely not worth the price. Customer service team was nice, but not at all helpful.
Percale is holding up much better but is also much darker in color, and haven't used it since the weather warmed up. So I can't yet comment much here, other than, if you have pets -- beware. The texture of this percale is a pet hair magnet!
I love the look and feel of parachute, and definitely got sucked into their marketing. Their aesthetic is hard to pass up. But overall, I'd say you can do better for the price. Seems like a lot of other people here agree. The reviews here steadily go downhill since 2016.
Amazon quality at designer prices
Amazon quality at designer prices. I’ve had sheets and a duvet for nine months. When I first got everything I was thrilled with the softness. .But then I realized how low the thread count was. Noticed they don’t advertise it on their website. The sheets ripped within three months. The duvet Fillings started to clump even though I had protective covers on it and never washed it. It compacted to the point were very little filling was left. I finally broke down and washed it, and the problem got worse. The initial love of these products quickly faded. They do not have the ability to stand up overtime for the price. I got better results from a cheaper duvet and sheets from Amazon. The company sells you on the softness, not the durability for the high price. I I am now replacing $1500 worth of product after only nine months.
Beautiful, but very rough and scratchy.
There is so much I want to love about the White King Linen Duvet Cover. It is a brilliant white and makes the room look bright. Practically speaking though, I can't sleep with the duvet cover. It is so scratchy and rough. I'm hoping over time and washing it will soften, but this might take a decade of washing to get it there. I do love Parachute's advertising and marketing campaigns. If they develop higher quality products I would consider ordering again.
Faded fitted sheet
Bought a douvet cover, fitted sheet and 4 pillow cases the end of March 2020. About a month ago I started to notice discoloration on my fitted sheet. 2 weeks ago it was really bad. Contacted customer service and they’re sending a replacement bug really? 2 months and already an issue? I was told that this staining it could be because of heavy sweating however I do sweat although not heavy and the stain is in the middle of my king-size bed. Not on my side. I wash my sheets as instructed so I’m not really sure what happened here.
Never received order
I recently purchased a new memory foam…
I recently purchased a new memory foam mattress from amazon and thought it was too firm so I ordered the mattress topper from parachute and the next day I decided to return the mattress I wasn't able to sleep well on it and I would cancel my order for the mattress topper and go to the store, try a mattress first then buy it. I tried to cancel my order the next day and was unable to due to it hasn't been shipped and would not be until June 15. I sent an email to the company after failed attempts at calling customer service number which went unanswered. They responded to my email on Saturday which said they do not do cancelations on weekends, you only have 30 minutes to cancel, order already processed (although not shipped ) I will have to wait to receive the item and return it which is what another month or two for the return to process. I filed a dispute with my bank, BBB, and I am contacting FTC which the consumer by law exercises any option to cancel before you ship the merchandise.
