I am currently working through Level 3Teaching Assistant along side Functional Skills 2 Maths and English.
My Tutor Rifat Kauser has been an amazing support and mentor so far. She has made a real effort in making sure that I am comfortable and under at least stress as possible. Rifat is also making sure that all the support, whether it be Tutor or accessing extra resources is in place. She has also made sure that I can reach out to her at any point and has responded in a prompt way.
I very grateful to have the support, encouragement and care from Rifat.

Hi Matt Glaves, this is a great opportunity to let people know how awesome you were/are in prepping me for my L2 Adult Care Apprenticeship. When I heard Rachel Wright was on sick leave and that she was going to be replaced, I was very sceptical especially after hearing of my other colleagues experiences, but you came and did an excellent job. You even called on the days of my tests just to wish me the best of luck and give me some more reassurance.
You were available as soon as possible when I needed a response to a question or concern.
You helped douse my exam tension and kept reminding me that I am an excellent worker and that I know my stuff.

I recently completed my NVQ with Paragon Skills, and I’m very pleased to say that I passed with a Merit.

From start to finish she has been utterly amazing.
As an older learner coming back into work and education after being off for a long time with my children I was apprehensive about what I could do and if I could do it... but from the 1st meeting Joanne couldnt have been any better.
She has guided me, listened to me, pushed me and believed in me even when I felt id reached my limit.
I wanted to complete this for my self, my children, to show them you can do anything if you put your mind to it and for Joanne, for all the time and effort she put into me.
I truly believe that without her help and guidance I wouldn't have completed today! For that I am so grateful.

I’ve recently completed my level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker with a double distinction. I couldn’t have done it without my amazing tutors, Hayley Worth and Miriam Da Silva Angelico! The amount of support I’ve received, the resources that were shared and the entire learning process has been extremely beneficial and great. It wasn't easy and it was really challenging, especially facing a health issue in the last 4 months but with Miriam's support and understanding it was so worth it!!!
