Absolutely fantastic and so worth doing ! I started my level 4 after not doing any levels for quite sometime so I was nervous to say the least but found there was such good support that helped me to feel confident to get started. As time went on things in my personal life happened but again I had so much support during my course to help me to be able to continue. I have enjoyed doing my level 4 and would absolutely recommend anyone to do this as I have gained more skills and knowledge along the way that has supported my role within my job. Now I have passed I am absolutely thrilled and will use my new skills and my knowledge to run my shifts at work. Thank you so very much for all of the support it’s absolutely ment the world and I am so happy that I have passed.

I have not started yet but per what I was briefed about i think I made best decision and am looking forward to learn a lot from you. Good luck to myself.

my personal tutor for my level 3 was matt glaves, what an amazing tutor, always on the other side of the phone for support, easy to communicate with, supported me consistently with my end point assessment and praised me constantly. the workshops was easy to understand, all of the team from paragon skills have been brilliant with me. i couldn’t ask for a better personal tutor, although the work was hard Matt ensured me it was worth it and i feel amazing passing both my epa.

I completed my Level 2 Diploma Adult Care Worker with Paragon Skills. The modules and workshops were of great benefit to me gaining a base level of understanding for my work role. The workshops were easy to book, and the tutors had a mountain of knowledge to share and advise learners. I had a personal tutor who unfortunately had to leave before I completed the Diploma, but then was given Matt Glaves as my tutor to help get me over the finish line. Nothing was too much trouble and he was on the end of the phone or email when I needed help. I would recommend paragon skills to anyone just starting out in the care sector to help them gain more knowledge about their primary roles and how to best support individuals. I look forward to do doing my Level 3 with Paragon Skills in the future.

I think Paragon skills is a good training provider and offer Excellent resources for anyone being able to complete their Diploma i definitely recommend them. My Tutor Sam was Amazing throughout and nothing was too much trouble if I was not sure of Anything she would be there to work with me and guide me so that I understood. I found Sam to have a positive friendly and professional attitude to her work and really made me feel at ease. Sam is a credit to Paragon or anyone working with her. The two ladies doing my exam and test were also very lovely and professional.

I’ve successfully completed my NVQ Level 2 and had a really positive experience throughout. The support from everyone involved was amazing, and I always felt encouraged along the way. A special thank you to Lydia, the 1:1 sessions made a huge difference for me and really helped me get back on track.

My tutor kirsty welding has literally dragged me through my course, even when I wanted to give up she didn't let me and gave me the encouragement and self belief that I could do it and achieve the highest grade possible, communication is excellent, she takes the time to explain things to you in more context if you need it. Kirsty definitely goes above and beyond for her students and is an asset to paragon skills, thanks kirsty!

I have recently completed my Level 3 Adult Care Worker apprenticeship. While I am proud to have finished with a distinction, the experience was challenging due to a lack of consistent support for much of the course.
My apprenticeship was expected to take one year but was significantly delayed because of issues outside of my control. At one stage, my tutor was changed without my knowledge, and for around six months I had no contact or access to support. During this time, modules were not uploaded to my portal, which meant I was unable to make any progress.
When contact was eventually re‑established, I did receive some support, but this was again disrupted due to staff absence and changes. The overall experience during this period felt disorganised and stressful.
However, everything changed when I was assigned Jolene Hornsby. She was outstanding from the very start—contacting me immediately, providing regular support, and breaking the work down clearly so it was easy to understand. With her help, I was able to complete the remainder of my apprenticeship in just three months.
I genuinely believe that without Jolene’s dedication and support, I would not have completed my apprenticeship, let alone achieved a distinction. She is a real credit to Paragon and made a huge difference to my experience.

I’ve just completed my Level 3 Adult Care Apprenticeship and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I absolutely loved the course and learned so much along the way, both professionally and personally.

I do sometimes struggle with non-practical learning, but I was really well supported to build my confidence and improve these skills. My learning was tailored to suit my individual style, which made a huge difference and helped me achieve the best possible outcome.

She supported me throughout the programme, ranging from taking time to read, correct and direct my submissions to making herself available during busy schedule to attend my observations. She is wonderful, and I appreciate her. With her support, I am able to get a distinction. I am very grateful.
