Great trees delivered, one point down for delivering the trees

I have got a big drive and the trees were put right next to the pavement where if somebody was actually interested in taking it, that was the place to put it. Everybody could have had those trees. They were delivered and we did not even know it.

Great experience - had visited and bought plants in the past when we were visiting nearby. This time we ordered from their website. The original plant sent did not meet our high expectations but Paramount were very helpful and quick to send us a wonderful replacement. Can't speak highly enough of them. Also packaging was really excellent. Would recommend them to everybody.

The abelia arrived to time and was clearly healthy when it had been dispatched. A minor grumble is that it was delivered in a tall box that had clearly tumbled in transit and the foliage and small branches on one side of the plant had fallen off by the time the plant was received. However, the abelia has been planted and seems fine

Great affordable place with good customer care and support. Explained well what I need to buy with option of adding things to main order later. Also send pictures of the trees I ordered so there was no issues in delivery etc.

We had a great experience with Paramount Plants...for the second time.
Advice on their web site and with answering questions before ordering was excellent. The process of ordering was really easy and communications from Paramount were great.
Delivery was really good and the 23x 1.75m Laurel plants all arrived in great condition looking fresh and untroubled by their journey. They were all shrink wrapped and protected on two pallets which the driver manoeuvred right into place for us.
The rootball plants were easy to pant (albeit after the extensive pre-work, but with the advice given that made it easier) and the Laurels are enjoying the rain through November.
Next time I need hedging etc I won't hesitate to use Paramount plants again.

I purchased six Bamboos in variety from Paramount Plants. The plants themselves were absolutely first class. I've been planting professionally for more than forty years, and I can say that these are the best Bamboos I've ever had the pleasure of planting. Purchasing via the website was straightforward, and delivery was made by their own transport, with a helpful driver assisting with the unloading.

Always provide very good plants. However, with the extortionate delivery charges i will not use them again.
Unless you are a landscaper and the customer is footing the bill, it's worth searching a bit more and paying a hell of a lot less for delivery.
If it genuinely costs £70.00 to deliver a plant in a 5 litre pot, surely it would make more sense to courier it to the customer?
I have bought quite a few great plants from them over the years (before delivery went through the roof)and i am gutted that i have lost that outlet.
But i really is a matter of principle.
